My order is incomplete. After calling several times. I finally was in touch with a nice lady who knew how to help me and was supposed to have the items shipped but over a week later they still have not arrived. I packing list with the large order so it’s hard to still know if I even have everything with the Best value package B that was advertised during pool school. I will. Ever order again. I am very disappointed. Without the docking station I can’t even use the items they sent. So what I do have is useless.

Answer by Cleo RFlagThank you. I spoke with Jerry Smith in management who was supposed to take care of this. But failed to do so. A nice young lady named Laneishia Jordan has done so by following up calling me back and shipping everything required to open the pool. The only item not available is not a necessity. The glo lights. So I have been satisfied and she needs to be awarded for her management and working diligently and followup skills.

Last year converted to AquaSmart and had to drive 45 minutes to the store all the time to buy chemicals. This year, participated in the pool school and bought EVERYTHING for the season online, opening/closing kits, chlorine refill packs, mineral pack, algecide, stablizer, test strips and a couple swamp to swim just in case. Lol ordered on Monday and had them by Thursday. Easy experience from chatting to choosing to checkout. Thank you for making this easy.

******* put in our above ground pool , when I trouble getting the pump working , they were very patient with me and walked me through testing and getting the pump turned on . Also , when a wind storm damaged the rim of the pool they were very helpful in submitting a claim with our insurance company and then came out and fixed the damage .

Ordered $427 worth of chemicals during pool school on 4/21/21...it’s May 2 and still processing and hasn’t been shipped. Made multiple calls and emails and no one can help. They say it’s in Cincinnati...that store won’t call me back or respond. Very frustrating. It’s a shipment. Do you not have adequate stock? You’ve certainly had my money for 11 days and no product. I want what I bought ASAP. I don’t understand why Louisville store can’t take my online order and fill it. I was told to cancel online order and they would give me pool school pricing...I don’t trust that my money on online order would be refunded quickly...then I would be out $850.

apparently the pool school pick up did not go well my son had to go twice as the first day he went, no one seemed to know where anything was, order numbers were missing from my forwarded email to him. after 40 minutes he left to go to work. he went back the next day, no lines people walking up to the group surrounds the bay doors and trying to get ahead of those waiting. then the clerk nearly shorted him 4 cases of shock. luckily he had my order. as i dont believe most of the chemicals were really discounted much, i probably wont order online from pool school again. the three day window, and only until 6pm pickup was hard to manage

Keith Frey saleman is a good guy he takes care of his customers. Some ot the other people like back at the pool area at the register i get it can be boring but they don't seem knowledgeable and seem lazy. I know Watsons is growing and now people are just a number before it was more personable and people cared.

Upset that I wasn't notified about spring pool sale where u get discounted products. In years past I received a mailer with the dates. I also went online a month or so ago and signed up for notifications. Didnt receive either and I guess missed the sale. I love watsions but this was frustrating.

Being in a pinch with having to replace my pool liner on short notice, I called Watsons to inquire about my specific liner. On the first call, there were no liners to be found due to Covid last year and all of the shut downs, but the sales rep assured me that they were due a shipment in about a week. I called back to hound them, and it was my lucky day - they had 2 liners available. Paid for my purchase along with several other items that I needed and was able to pick up my order the next day - Thanks Watson's! Upon arriving to pick up the order, I remembered other things that I needed and spoke to Cassidy in the pool store and she was friendly and very helpful, reminding me of little items that may be needed along with what I had purchased. Keep up the good work!

customer service over the phone is not great. I always get transferred back and forth over and over from service to pool room. Each department telling me the other department should help me. Spoke to 4-5 different people before giving up. Decided to try 1 more time and ask for a supervisor. called back was told they were all at lunch, which i di noy believe. ironically though this nice lady was able to answer all my questions without trouble or transferring me. I think her name was Kelly, from the Cincinnati office.

Placed my order and included my shipping address. Next day I received a text informing me that my order was ready to be picked up in Cincinnati. 1st phone call - put on hold for over five minutes with no answer. 2nd phone call - got a response and transferred to another associate that said would she would handle and call me back(never happened). Today called back for the 3rd time and after talking to three different girls and a total of over 15 minutes was told that my refund would be processed within the next three days. Website could use an upgrade and I never read anywhere where chlorine tabs or blast were not allowed to be shipped.
