  The experience was fine but wasn’t clear where I had to pick up at and went y try o two places the man at the warehouse was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. The people where I went first (where I had previously picked things up before) at the back of the store in Cincinnati didn’t come to the desk even tho there were multiple people working within 10’ and they all could see us standing there it took at least 10-15 minutes and 3 people in the small waiting room for them uo act

  Salesman are friendly and informative. Only issue is they are not very accurate on delivery dates for items. I feel like they give you a date to try and make a sale, and then follow it up with sorry it looks like it going to take longer than we expected.

  Ordering was easy- I wish there was an estimated pick up time at check out (it wasn’t clear if I would have to wait a few days or a few weeks to pick up the items I ordered). Pick up was slightly irritating. The map provided directed me to the main building where the customer service desk instructed me to go to servicing for pick ups (after standing at the desk for a few minutes). Service was another wait (I wasn’t the first and only waiting) when then finally told me to go to the distribution center. There, I waited another 15 minutes before I was helped. The process could be better/ more clear and staffing was low.

  16 days after placing my order, I did not receive my order and I did not receive an update. When I checked my account, my order was still listed as “processing”. My credit card was charged the day after I placed my order. After sending a message saying fulfill my order or refund my money, the order was shipped within a few hours. I shouldn’t have to contact you 16 days after I place my order to get my items shipped.
