  I would have given 5 stars. But when I called before I ordered online the representative couldn't answer my questions to satisfaction. Previously the reps were very educated. I will say, he was extremely polite and willing to help.

  Online shopping can be difficult. The website continues to say an error occurred and you have to refresh the page. This happens on my phone and laptop. Many of the pool chemicals do not have enough detail online to help you determine how much to get for specific pool size. It would be nice to have that info detailed online. Promotional discount was supposed to be applied at checkout but wasn’t. Ended up having to call the store. Wonderful customer service!!

  Easy to find products online. We've owned 3 spas and used different products for each of them depending on the region we lived in. Watson's recommended Swimway and Frog @ Ease products after we purchased our Bullfrog Spa and they are by far the best products we've used in any of our spas.

  Your Kalamazoo location seems to be out of high usage items which requires me to order on line or come back to the store. I live about 30 minutes away from this location. I should not have to call to check inventory. If it is in your home facility it should also be stocked regularly at your other locations.

  Was disappointed the Aqua Smarte closing kit was out of stock, but thankful you had another closing kit option since I was late in getting one to close my pool for the season. Had difficulty logging in and resetting my password, but may have been a poor internet connection.

  The website is very easy to use - I can place my order and pick up at my convenience or have it mailed to my home. The sales staff in the store are always very helpful and friendly and don't make me feel ANY pressure. We bought our pool from Watson's (above ground) and we love it! It's our go to place for chemicals and supplies.

  Online experience and shipping was great. I did have a damaged item shipped once, and when I called, I spoke to a cashier in a store. She stated that a replacement item would be shipped, but that never happened.
