  Ordered our pool supplies online and they were ready in a couple of days just as promised. Shopped around the store before picking up our online order. Everyone was eager to help. Pulled up at the back of the store for our online order and two gentlemen were ready to load us up! Both very friendly and had us laughing! We love Watson's!

  Great place to find ANYTHING you need for your pool. Prices are reasonable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are especially helpful with new pool owners. All pool owners know the stress of learning everything it takes to keep a clean and clear pool. The staff here is so patient and understanding when it comes to those frustrations. I would highly recommend Watson's and their staff for any of your pool needs.

  It is not very easy to find items on the website. I think that the descriptions of items on the website need to be more detailed. For example, I was looking for a filter cartridge replacement and I got frustrated so I went to Amazon, found what I needed in less than 2 minutes and ordered it from there.

  This is our 4th season with our Watson’s swimming pool. We were pool newbies and the support and personalized help our local store has given us has been phenomenal! Thanks to their guidance, we have not had a water problem yet.

  Watson's is very expensive. The only supplies I purchase from Watson's are the ones I can only get from them. Otherwise I purchase my chemicals from another dealer because their prices are a LOT cheaper.

  I was able to find everything that I needed very quickly. I had one question and used the chat and got a speedy and helpful response. I look forward to pool school every year so that I can purchase all of my supplies with some extra doorbusters and get that pool open asap. :)
