The Walk-In Lab website was easy to navigate to find the test I wanted. I was glad to see two choices of local labs to visit for the test. Also glad that PayPal is an available payment option. Some sites charge additional for draw or doctor fees, but not here! I'll have no hesitation about using this service again.

I got in right away. My cost is 1/3 of what my deductible was at UW Clinics. I just wish that the employees weren't so surly. This is the fourth or fifth one where it was obvious that the nurse just hated her job. And don't get me going on the receptionists! Wheeeewee!

Answer by A AFlagYes, I understand that. I will try the other walkinlab location next time. I gave my experience four stars because of the speed and cost. You asked for my review, not LabCorp. Let me know if I can change the review to specifically note LabCorp. I don't think that the nurses are paid much. You need to know that every time I have gone to LabCorp, the receptionist treats me just awful. There was a cattle-call for one of Covance's new tests this time, and she treated all of them just fine. But I got something like, "LabCorps? Didn't you see their check-in machine by the door? I'm not here for them. Now go over there and follow the directions." I was waiting for, "Now drop and give me twenty!" I especially like WalkInLab's online purchase system and email reports. I suppose that is really all that WalkInLab does. However, from the consumer's point of view, you are responsible for your providers. Thank you!
