  I had a liver profile and A1C test run. It was quick and easy. I scheduled my blood draw from Quest labs. I had my blood drawn efficiently one morning and I was notified by email the very next morning that my results were on Walk-in Lab’s website to view.

  Techs are great. I will be back. Waiting area had a goofy guy with his mask on the chin. Since there is no receptionist he sat there until techs corrected him. I had a slight delay in customer service for my call back on a message I left. It is what it is with Covid. I understand.

  When I first googled this company, I thought the price was too low and it must be a scam. I really couldn't understand how I would go to the exact same lab and pay half the price. I decided it was worth the risk and I'm so happy I did. You will save big and this company is legit. I got my results back online quickly and that made it easy to get all my required paperwork in for graduate school.

  I have a problem with filing a complaint. The staff was competent and efficient. But management needed to take responsibility of at least trying to make lab check in and wait safer.   I am very satisfied with walk-in lab. Their prices are very good, and they have a wide variety of useful tests. Even with insurance I end up paying more for some of the tests when I go to my doctor. The tests results are also surprisingly fast, much faster than at my doctor's office.   Due to not having health insurance I could not afford to pay a doctors visit and their price of the labs. I was able to get the same labs they do for right at $100. A major savings. I was able to use these results to get needed medication refills. It was easy to request what I needed and pay with a card. The results came quickly from a major laboratory and I could access the site and print my results at home. I wish more people knew about walk in labs. Being a diabetic with other issues made it a life saver for me.

  I sent my doctor's lab orders to Walk-In Lab and minutes later I received an email with links to add the correct test to my cart. I saved $1000 with Walk-In Lab on the same tests at the same lab I used 3 months ago!! Merry Christmas to me and to Walk-In Lab!
