    lab order sheet accurately reflected what I purchased online. I do not care for promos such as the current one that are specific to just a few labs or bundle a bunch together. Even though this system works fine I believe without some open promo offers I may be paying more than needed.

    I paid over $200 in advance for my blood work. I signed in with my Drivers License, the phlebotomist called me back, she printed out the labels for my blood work and put them on the tubes. I waited patiently for my results and when I didn’t see them on my profile, I called just to find out they had no clue what happened to my blood work. So frustrating because I needed the blood work done at that certain time of month before my doctor appointment I get these labs every 3 months.. I’m on monthly injections so it’s not like I could just go back in anytime that month to get accurate results. I had to reschedule the doctor visit according to my next injection. So frustrating because that’s never happened before. So I guess I’m going to have to micro manage the plebotomist to make sure my NAME And DOB is on the tubes, along with the correct labs to be run. Very inconvenienced, not to mention the adjustments that may be needed to my injections. Please train them To pay better attention to detail.

    This is not accurate. Quest Diagnostics does not have this problem, they can deliver my results ordered through Walk-In Lab to their Client Portal, just like they do when any of my doctor's order a Lab. LabCorp has no problem reporting my results in their portal when my doctor orders them. The only issue seems to be with Walk-In Lab and being able to confirm my identity with LabCorp to allow them to treat me, and therefore my medical data, as belonging to me. I spent considerable time with LabCorp and with Walk-in Lab support and the issue seems to be Walk-in Lab needs to ensure the personal Identification data conforms to the data held by LabCorp and if it doesn't having some mechanism to correct the data. This issue affects the portability of data and saying I need to use your Walk-In Lab's web site to download a PDF generated by LabCorp is not acceptable. You may hope to get a 5 star review in the future but that probably will not happen given that Walk-in Lab is essentially holding my data hostage and have lost me as a customer.

    I have had generally good experiences with Walk-in-labs. But this time was not so good. The way the order was written was very inconvenient. I set up an appointment at LabCorp for what I thought would be an early morning blood draw. I fasted and arrived early. However, the LabCorp \gave me an FIT kit and sent me home, refusing to draw the blood until I returned with the fecal sample. She blamed it on the way the order was written. Since I had to go to work, that meant another early morning trip with fasting.

    I don't want to lodge a complaint. I just would like to make sure this doesn't happen to me me or anyone else. If it was the way the lab order was written, maybe that can be addresses by W-I-L. If the techs can't be flexible because the SOP at LabCorp doesn't allow it, maybe the SOP can be addressed.

    We were disappointed as we were asked to get hard copy of the passport for ID proof. Last time they accepted when we showed our ID on the phone. They also wanted the lab test paper copy when we had showed last 2 times the order on our phone. This was time consuming for us to go back and arrange the requested.

    I emailed the two receipts to contact@walkinlab.com. I paid Walk-in Labs $128.00 online on Jan. 7, 2021 for the Catecholamines Blood Test, Fractionated (Walk-in Lab Order #100310460). At Labcorp, I paid another $218.00 out-of-pocket for the same test on Jan. 8, 2021 (Order #8953448) (not counting the $10 drawing fee). After the test, I learned that Walk-in Lab shouldn't have sold me this test to do at Labcorp. Labcorp cannot do this kind of test because it doesn't have beds at its facility. The test requires patients to lay supine for 30 minutes before and during the sample draw. Patient posture alters the test results. Labcorp did the test without me laying down or resting beforehand and took the sample with me sitting up.

    The NMR i recieved was quite minuscule. I was expecting a much greater detailed indepth analysis in regards to the individual particles their sizes, remnant particle, oxidized etc. A bit disappointed in the lack of data on that report.

    good pricing and I liked the bundles/packages they put together as they made sense and were comprehensive. I did have to ask for my results to be released as nothing showed up in my patient portal on Walk-in-labs. I went in on a monday morning, no weather delays that week. On Friday still no results. Some of my labs listed 2-3 days for results and some labs 5-7 days. I think walk-in-lab was waiting for ALL results to release any. Would have liked to see them flow through as results became available. I did send email to walk-in-lab on that Friday and they had a quick response and after verifying identity they released available results that afternoon.

    I normally don’t review much, but I had to for this company. I had so much issues getting the lab work I needed from my regular doctor because according to him I’m not in menopausal. So I went online to see if I can order a lab and came across Walk in lab. Let me say it was soooo easy!!! I picked the lab I needed, paid for it, made an appointment with LabCorp and got my blood work done the same day. I got the results in 4 days later. I’m definitely keeping them in mind if I ever need to get another hormonal panel done. Amazing company and service!!

    So very easy! Everything went smoothly. I was actually quite surprised as i was skeptical. The ordering on line process was very easy and i was astonished at the selection available . I just took the prescription to the lab. Got blood drawn and over and done. The only glitch was that i ordered Quest Lab and found that Convenient MD in my area only used LabCorp. It didnt cause too much problems but i did have to call to alert them that there was an issue. It was taken care of efficiently
