A lipase script was handed to patient after other tests were ordered and paid for online. Your lab forced patient to return at a future date rather than allow labs to be drawn at one session. This is very inconvenient for everyone involved.

If this was a separate order from the Walk-In Lab order they should have still been able to draw for the lipase and then just bill it separately from what was ordered through Walk-In Lab. In the future please give us a call at 1-800-539-6119. We are contracted with the lab for testing, however we are a separate entity. We would be happy to file a formal complaint with the lab you went into for testing to ensure that this doesn't happen in the future. Easy to use site for finding the right blood tests based on dr recommendations, great prices. And at the lab (I used Quest), everything was simple and quick! I have a PCP who does blood draws in-house and sends them to LabCorp. Using Walk-in-Lab saved me significantly on the expense. I do not have insurance, and I will definitely continue to use Walk-In-Lab!
