    I had the best experience! The tech's that I have gone to in the past have always had to use several attempts to get a blood draw from me. This time, the tech only needed one try to she successfully got a draw. There wasn't even any bruising!!

    I felt hesitant in getting my test online. It was actually a very easy process to go through and the blood work was done through LabCorp which I feel good about. And the results were posted quickly. I feel grateful for being able to do it this way because the doctors were not willing to test me and I had real concerns about what is going on with my health.

    Easy and usually less expensive than the same tests if ordered through my doctor's "low cost" lab. I love the coupons and bundle pricing too. It's so convienant that my lab results are stored on the website in my account for years. (It's 2021 and my 2018 lab results are still posted.) Another thing I love about getting my tests done through Walk-in-Lab is that I am in control of when, where, or if my lab results are faxed anywhere. If I decide to have the lab results faxed to my doctor, I get a confirmation email when the doctor's office receives them.

    I have used WIL several times and am always very satisfied in both price and service. Doctors seem afraid to order lab work but IMO it is the only way to know if your immune system is working for you. These days that kind of information is of great comfort.

    There was some confusion as to which physical lab I had to have my blood drawn at in order to have the ordered lab done. It wasn't until I looked at my paperwork and saw a specific lab's name on top, then called the specific lab to find out it required an appointment for my blood draw, even after Walk-In-Lab said "appointment optional" It would be nice if there was a more clear indicator at some point in the lab ordering process that would let you know if you needed to go to specific lab or could go to any lab.

    I see that now. I've used the site several times and must have by chance always used a LabCorp test, but this time chose a Quest test. Now that I know to watch for which lab test I chose I can make sure I make an appointment at the correct lab. It was just surprising to me that I didn't see it the first time.     I love this company! A friend recommended it and it has been a great way to monitor my health without the hassle of trying to make a doctor's appointment, and it also elimates the hassles of taking time out to go wait in a doctor's office and then wait a long time to get results. With this company, I just ordered online the tests that I wanted! Then printed my order and went directly to a Quest draw station and had blood collected and results were posted to my account within a few days. Super easy and gives me peace of mine and helps me stay in control of my own health. I definitely would recommended this company. And the staff on the phone were fabulous with answering all of my questions.

    Horrible wait time for walk-ins. I set up an appointment online but they still ask me to stay on the line as a walk-in. I went for a 9:00 AM appointment and finish drawing blood at 12:00 PM. Will never go there again.
