  I really like this service. I have to monitor my C-Reactive, my glucose and Cholesterol on a regular basis. This makes it so easy and you don't need to make an appointment or ask for a dr's prescription. I wish the results were also kept with the Lab's portal, but it is not a big deal. Highly recommend it.

  It was very easy to place my order with your service and I was happy that I did it. Honestly, I had been mulling it over for months, and once I had done it, I was glad that I made the decision. Sometimes, when dealing with your healthcare you feel overlooked, like you are begging for help or other options...well this is another option, that really is not cost prohibitive depending upon your condition. It can give you peace of mind really.

  I was a little hesitant to try ordering tests online to be done at a local lab, but it went very smoothly! It was easy to pick my tests and pay. I thought the instructions were clear and simple. I ordered, payed, and printed off my order. I scheduled an appointment at my closets lab, which was quest, and I had no trouble at all. On top of that, the prices to order tests was a lot cheaper than what I have been charged when I just went into Quest.

  I use Walk-In-Labs when ever I need lab orders. I ask my doctor to print an order out for me and I come home and order my own for a great discount. I will always use them, they are helpful and they will also get on the phone with you and find you the best way to order labs in a panel that has save me money. I highly recommend them!

  I went to the lab on Wednesday 8/25 for a bunch of blood tests and still haven’t gotten results on one test and today is now Sunday 9/5. According to Quests website this test results in 3 days. I waited a week to email Walk-in Lab regarding this issue. I didn’t hear back for a couple of days because apparently their staff was affected by hurricane Ida. I emailed again and asked for a refund because at that point, I still hadn’t received ANY results. Someone finally responded to my second email and agreed to send my a preliminary report. I emailed again after a few more days to ask them to call the lab about the last test I was waiting for and they did and said the lab was going to call the PSC to find out what was going on. It’s been several days and I still never heard anything again. I give up. I’m out $78 for that test. I just want my money back at this point.

I do apologize that you did not receive results for one of the tests you ordered. One of our Results Specialists has reached out via email to let you know we are refunding you for the cost of this test. While Walk-In Lab contracts with Quest Diagnostics, we are only an ordering site and do not draw or test specimens. However, we can launch a complaint with the lab location you visited on your behalf. Again I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.   I was waiting for my insurance to transfer to my new state but I knew I had a small window for my gestational diabetes test. So happy I found this company because it was super easy! Paid online and then just printed my lab slip and went to labcorp for my test. I was emailed the results the very next day. Would definitely use them again for other tests if I needed to

  Easy, convenient, fast! Love it! There are no extra charges when you get into the lab. I do recommend scheduling an appointment at the lab before going there just because you will wait less, even though it is called walk-in. Thank you!

  Walk in lab made it easy to obtain the blood work requested by my functional medicine practitioner. I ordered my panels online and was able to have them drawn that same morning. They provided the papers so I didn't need to make an apt with my doctor just to obtain an order for a lab draw. Highly recommend if you know what you need!

  Walk-in labs is a blessing from God. My doctor ordered 10 blood tests that amounted to $1,000 at their normal rate. I stumbled upon this walk-in labs and it brought the price down to $250!! It is easy, convenient, and results get sent straight to your email!

  It works eventually. I had a text to proceed to the office but then didn't get inside as there were folks waiting. Then they said I didn't show up right away, but I couldn't get in anyway. I think communication needs improvement.
