Poor. I inquired as to the lower limit of the equipment used for my test result. Some of the lab equipment used has a lower limit of .014 other times the equipment used has a lower limit of .0006. I asked what the lower limit was of the test equipment and they said 0-4.0. Totally wrong. Since you use various machines with different lower limit thresholds I just wanted a simple answer and you could not provide it.

The test descriptions are well-written and informative. The test results are timely received and are presented in a clear and analytic-friendly manner. This makes Walk-In-Lab useful for (1) initiating action on a health concern, (2) monitoring conditions between visits to health care providers, (3) taking more responsibility for one's health, and (4) just satisfying personal curiosity.

I’ll never use there services again. Instead of helping the situation they just try to find reason how they didn’t miss in formed of the test . I get blood drawn for blood drives every 3 months to monitor my health. They give me test results for panels I paid for this company I get them for free . Instead of trying to help and get me the right test they wanted to find out that it’s my fault for picking the wrong test. I won’t recommend this company to any of my friends or family .

The order process is not clear - whether to buy a test first or set up an appointment first. The Covid antigen test was difficult to find and select. The test results were sent within the time stated. However the results were only pass fail ( 1 or -1), the report did not provide the actual results. I called and asked for the specific numbers. The support rep said a physician would contact me by email or phone with voicemail. I did not receive a voicemail. The email to set up a phone appointment had a link to the home page not a calendar.

Walk-Lab's prices are good. They have a wide variety of tests available, which is greater than other pre-paid competitors. Their pre-payment form was readily accepted by Quest. They report the results within 24 hours of the actual lab reporting the results. Walk-In Lab's staff called me about a serious lab result. I was very impressed that they called every day until I returned their call. It was very professional of them to be so diligent about bringing a critical result to my attention. Had I not already been aware that particular problem, their diligence could have been life-saving.

I just needed a CMP and got a blood count test additionally? This caused confusion as the phlebotomist asked if I wanted both test. What test do I get for Wellness #1 or whatever so I'm getting just what I need. There was another one for $17 less but it made it sound like you had to draw your own blood or that your doctor doesn't get the result?

The Wellness #1 comes with a lipid panel and CMP. If you ever have any questions or need help with finding a particular package please call us at 1-800-539-6119 so that we can assist you. None of our tests require you to do your own draw if it is for LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics they will do the draw for you. The only ones we have that you would do on your own are the blood spot at home test kits where you would prick your finger. We value you as a customer and we hope to earn 5 stars in the future. My experience at LabCorp has been excellent. Most phlebotomists have difficulty in drawing my blood. However, Robin, at LabCorp, locqted at 1914 Tice Valley Boulevard has never had difficulty drawing my blood. She is a premiere phlebotomist in my estimation.

The process was simple I ordered my labs printed out the order form walked in LabCorp at the blood taken and the results the next day while another competitive service was super lame and then told me that the lab I wanted wasn't available at my LabCorp corporation which clearly was wrong so walk in labs ranks top in my book

I need my test results mailed to me on paper. I am disputing an E.R. bill and I have to have it for my records. I do not have a general practitioner, but they say they will only send it to my doctor. I payed for it, these are MY results, and I really need them! I'm running out of time, and I think this is a ridiculous violation of all of my rights! It's only a Uric Acid test for Pete's sake! I had to order tests my fertility clinic required before treatment. Walk in Lab had the tests I needed at the most affordable price and made the process very quick and easy. I will be purchasing more tests just to track my health as it's easier and faster than having to ask my primary care physician to order them for me.

Walk-In Lab did your usual excellent job of meeting my needs. You reported to me my results the very next day after blood was drawn But sadly Quest again, badly dropped the ball. I chose Quest over Lab Corp for a number of reasons, however the most important was Quest offers different formats for reporting results, and their Time Range display I like very much.. Problem is a week has gone by and no results from Quest even I complained and formally requested the results. So as much as I dislike Lab Corp (poor adherence to Covid-19 and the most surly receptionists at both local labs) I'll little choice next time.

The process is good. My results were a little suspect in the sense that they do not seem very accurate. My baseline and two hours later both glucose reading were exactly the same.
