  Walk in lab results department immediately contacted me becaue of an error on how my specimen was submitted. They reordered the test and I got the results within the time that I needed them. The system is easy to use and you get notified on your phone when results are ready to view on your account. I won’t hesitate to use it again.

  Excellent system. We have been using this for years. Sometimes it is less expensive to pay for what i want than pay the copays. If i consider the time and energy of going to a doctor and the risk of catching a virus or cold, this is always way better . And i pick the test. No worries about insurance coverage.

  I am very impressed by Walk-In-Lab. I loved being able to take my tests in the comfort of my own home. I ordered my test online and by the time I arrived at the lab (no appointment), they already had the order in their system, didn’t even need the paperwork printed out.   Laura was awesome! I ordered several lab tests at different times and some of them required fasting along with not taking certain medications while others could be done anytime. She helped me organize my tests so that the lab technician could draw all of the bloodwork for the appropriate tests at the same time. The best part was how pleasant, kind and understanding Laura was! Some people can make you feel like you're bothering them or make you feel like you're stupid. Laura didn't do that. I'm so thankful that Laura answered my phone call and was so willing to help me and put my mind at ease. If she's a reflection of the rest of the company then it's a fabulous company with fabulous people. Again, I'm so appreciative that this company was available to help me! Thank you!!

  I get the same tests every 2-3 months and normally the results are ready in less than 24 hours. That's what I was expecting, but unfortunately this time it took longer and the results arrived too late, i.e. after the doctor's appointment for which I needed them. I have to travel far to get labs and then see a doctor, so I have to stay in a hotel one night. I was counting results within 24 hours. I know you say it can take longer, but arriving a day earlier just in case the lab is slow costs me another night in a hotel. The speed of the results is very important to me. This is the first time the results took more than 24 hours and I was disappointed.

  Thank you for you additional reply. I live in the middle of nowhere. I have to drive 3 hours to the nearest lab or 4 hours to Denver to see the doctor. I prefer a 2-day trip, but to allow time for the lab to post results I would have to make it a 3-day trip. For routine labs with no weather delays I’d think the results could be produced the same day. It seems like the sample sits there all night until someone processes it the following morning. That could be improved easily by simply having a few people work in the evening. If you’re serious about customer service you’d get Quest to turn those results around the same day. How about guaranteed by midnight or it’s free? It gives some incentive to get it done.

  Being able to find the labs I wanted was great. Ordering the lab was great even though I am not computer savvy. Getting the request was great. Being able to find a lab was great and so was the [parking. Finding the lab study was great even though I am not computer savvy. Getting the print out was great and using PayPal to pay was great. Finding a near by lab was great and parking was good. My only problem was checking in. Signing in on a computer is something I hate. There was more than one sign in computer and I could not operate the first one. I switched hospitals a year ago because of the computer sign in mess. The wait was short and the tech was great. The results came fast and I was pleased with everything but the sign in process.

  Medicare only allows two TSH tests in a given year. A number of factors affect this important test, including the potency of medicines from batch to batch. These can vary from 10 to 15% - this according to my endocrinologist. For that reason it's important to me to test more than twice a year. Walkinlab enables me to keep better tabs on my TSH.   I suppose the problem was not with Walk in Labs the test I was having required it being sent to me for a blood draw the kit came with not tubes for the blood draw I had been off all supplements and meds for a week at that point to get an accurate test the company was contacted so they could resend the tubes a big inconvenace for me and the person who had to come out for the blood draw
