  I was poked several times and to make matters worse, the last time she did it before she called another tech for help, she stuck the needle in the vein and exited my skin. I was petrified.

We are contracted with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for all our testing, however we are a separate entity. We can file a formal complaint with the lab that you went into for testing.   These 2 videos show labs doing a culture test. You have stated that the lab said they can not hold my specimens for a longer period of time because the specimens would be contaminated after 5 days. Then how can they use a specimen, after 5 days, to further test it to find out what it is? It is not a culture test until they put it in a petri dish.   For people such as myself, who want to take an active role in managing their health and healthcare, this is a wonderful solution. The pricing is so reasonable that I don't need to worry about insurance involvement. I just schedule a test when it makes the most sense for me. My doctor loves it as well. When I go to regularly scheduled check-ups I already have lab results in hand. It allows me to have medications altered, or dosages changed without having to wait, and I can have a meaningful discussion with my doctor at the time of my appointment.

  My last, "prior" experience, which I fully paid for on my own, was totally unacceptable because Quest took about 10 days to post my results. This last, now being surveyed, visit I received notice of result availability from Quest the very next day and before I received notice from Walk-in Lab. I want to emphasize why I always choose Quest over Lab Corp: 1. Outstanding result format options – my favorite "Time Range" – color or b/w I also like 2. No surly and miserable desk person required – both places have automated check-in kiosks 3. Large, easily viewed display terminal showing patient queue list order and wait times – promotes a worry-free, relaxing environment 4. Strict adherence to established Covid-19 protocols – Lab Corp tolerates no masks and improperly worn masks

  I put in for 2 seperate orders in one day. One with 3 tests, and 1 with one test. I got the results for the order with 3 test, but i did not receive the results for the order with 1 test. The following day they sent another order for that one test, but not the result for that test.
