  Walk In Lab is such a huge blessing! My insurance company does not cover blood work. If it were not for Walk In Lab I wouldn’t have been able to afford the blood work to determine some health issues I was having. The explanation of each test is easily understood and the ordering process quick. The results were also available the following day.

  My tests were easy to order, as I ordered the same last year. I had scheduled an appointment online and called customer service to change it. Customer service was very helpful and quick in assisting me. My time getting blood drawn was just as quick, Last year I needed assistance with figuring out what tests to order and customer service was very helpful.

  I have used Walk-In-Lab several times in the last year, 3 of which included a request to price-match. Every time I called their number, an actual person answered the phone within a couple of minutes (the wait time is incredibly short!) and the ladies I've spoken with have all been very kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Walk-In-Lab to anyone needing to self-order lab work.

  This is such a smart and effective program. I don’t have a doctor, and hadn’t had blood work done in many years. This solved that problem, supplying the needed doctor’s signature. The reason for 4-star is the website was a bit confusing and hard to navigate for this senior citizen.

  They have had my blood work for over 1 week. They first said it would be back within 2-3 business days. After day 3 and still nothing they changed it to 3-5 business days. After 5 business days they still do not have my results.

  Yes this is the same response you keep giving. My previous tests as well had to be redrawn 2x because of your lack of attention upon receiving blood work and sitting to long. You tried to claim it was the lab who drew the blood but it was found out that you had in fact received it in time but still sat on it until the specimen was to old.

  Great 1st experience! My doctors wasn’t returning calls for weeks and I had to see her to check my blood work, which was a 6 week wait. I googled abs found this service. It was perfect and probably cheaper than my co-pay. I even got an extra text as a check up. This gives power to the patient!

  Had to get a lab test & was pleasantly surprised with WalkinLabs efficent portal from payment, apptmts to results.. Was skeptical at first & did just one test to test out the process.. It was seamless & have done 4 more tests after that.. A great help gor me as I have to do regular labs for monotoring my health situations.. Thanks WIL for making this easy & affordable,,

  Results were quick and I love that I can get tested for exactly what I want/need and not have to pay hospital/doctors fees for it. If the results come back and I need a doctor, then I can pay for the visit at that time. Saves so much money and hassle!
