  The Rn was rude. The reception area was unstaffed and had no makes available for patients. I still have to bruise from the blood draw two weeks later, and I usually have no bruising at all. I will not use the Hilton Head office again.

We are contracted with Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics for our blood draws, however we are a separate entity. We can file a formal complaint with the lab location that you went into for testing.   I have ordered several tests online using Walk-In Lab's website. When I've had occasion to call their customer support number, they've always been very friendly and accommodating. What's more, their lab test prices are quite competitive. I feel comfortable recommending their services to others.

  This was a quick, convenient cost effective way to have some labs done. I booked, paid for and scheduled the labs I wanted online. The blood draws were done at the scheduled time without any waiting. I will definately use and recommend Walk-In-Lab in the future!

  My doctor is very lax about getting my PSA which I have to keep track of because of my prostate cancer. Walk-In-Labs makes it super easy to know where I am at on that. If it were not for that, I would have never gotten treatment for it until way later, which might have been very bad for me.

  Haha! I did not rate it a 5 stars, never was able to get the blood drawn, and will not use the service again unless the blood draw issue is fixed! Apparently you did not actually read my review. My actual rating would be a 0, since I drove 2 hours, waited forever and never got the lab work done.

  I love having control over my own health and WalkIn Lab helps me do just that by giving me the ability to order my own blood panel testing. I do it twice a year and can be sure to keep my numbers in the healthy ranges. Now they added Vitamin D testing to their #2 package, so even better yet!

  Took advantage of one of the many sales Walk-In Lab does throughout the year. This one was particular good...20% sitewide...so I jumped at the chance to grab a test that's traditionally a little on the pricier side, but that provides extensive information I was interested in. Ordering was quick and easy, including applying the discount, and the results came much quicker than advertised for this type of test. Of course, Walk-In Lab is just one part of the lab-to-patient results chain, but they clearly did their part very well.
