  The entire process was so easy. I ordered the labs I wanted and almost immediately got the lab orders in my e-mail. I made my appointment at Quest, went for my testing, and the next day, I got the results from Walk In Lab. You could not ask for better customer service.

  Without nsurance coverage, labwork can be the cost that prevents one from getting the medical help they need. I have saved 70% on average over what the labs cost if you walk in off the street. Super helpful staff will make sure you are getting the exact tests ordered by your doctor. Easy to reach by chat or email. Highly recommend.

  Easy but for just testosterone and estrogen test took over 12 days. I called Labcorp and asked why my regular doctors blood work for the same test took 3-4 days but this one over 12. Labcorp said it was because of the coding your company used.

  I’m a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in a state that does not offer a full scope of practice. I found this to be one of the most efficient resource to aid in assessing the health of a client. I built the prices of my services around the cost of the labs that I purchased so that the client wouldn’t be concerned about paying additional fees for very important labs. I am able to purchase a wide range of labs for my clients. After ordering labs for your clients, the company sends you a requisition form for your client, already filled out. You simply just advise your client to schedule an appointment within the timeframe allotted to get the labs, I think it’s about a year or so. My client scheduled her appointment on a Wednesday morning and received her results in the afternoon of the same day. I received her results approximately 3 days after she did, via the portal on the website. The results read in red letters either H for High, L for Low or the numbers were green for normal results. For the results that were abnormal (H or L) there was a brief description about the significance of that particular lab as it pertains to your overall health with regards to what it may be a risk factor for. I am very well pleased, because I had the option to choose between Quest diagnostic which is often cheaper than the other alternative Lab Corp. Additionally, my client was able to schedule an appointment at a location near her. It’s a win win for me. To the Naturopathic doctors looking for more to offer your clients, here’s your sign.   Very efficient and fast direct to customer lab work. Most doctors, in my opinion, order routine but important tests too seldom probably because of insurance restructions. At the same time, some of these tests are actually quite cheap (such as the complete metabolic profile or the blood count). So I find a very important resource to be able to check certain things on my own whenever I want to. I only hope that prices become even more competitive for other tests that are still kind of expensive (such as stool tests, certain vitamins, etc)
