    The Customer Support people were particularly nice. Both the 1st and the last. Janel was the first ... can't remember the name of the last. But they were professional enough that if there is a test that I want that I can't get through my health coverage I will come back here.     If you want your customers to buy lots of tests so you can have capital to grow the stop this BS of expiring orders.. I ll NEVER order more than 1 test at a time. EVEN if it's on sale. Been burnt to many time with this scam of expiring orders...why the need to have your order expire after 6months or a year? You have my upfront money already when I ordered ? Let me use what I paid for..so I can be happy n tell everyone to buy 10 20 tests when you have a sale..Very shady..!!

    I order a special 20% off and in pay it said add 3 tests get 10% OFF. Well that muddled things up with me getting ONLY 10% OFF THE $200 special only. So I called and same happened to agent so she called manager who gave me the discounts but only the 20% on the special $200. But The tests all for Quest rang up as one panel sale , instead of the special + 3 additional tests, 4 separate sales. That is how it showed as one panel on my orders account. I did not like that.

    You don't seem to get it. The whole purpose of lab test was to decide whether to make diet changes. I was expecting results within 24 hrs. But it required special additional process to obtain results. I can understand delay for review if results had been abnormal. But because results were completely normal, the need for review and my having to go through special additional process to get results made no sense and was inconvenient.

    I love being able to order my tests so that I can see all of the test results and not just the test results the doctor shares with me. Walk-In Lab was particularly important to me when I had no health insurance because the test prices are reasonable compared to the prices you would pay if you used the labs that the doctor's offices use and frequently the doctor's office cannot tell what the cost will be until you get the bill from the lab. With Walk-In Lab, I know exactly how much the test costs before I order it.

    I used Walk-In Lab to get a blood test that was not offered by Labcorp Pixel or QuestDirect. I appreciate that Walk-In Lab makes that possible but I can't understand why the test results cannot be included in my patient portal at Labcorp. This needs to be fixed.

    Thanks but I still don't understand. My regular doctor is also "a separate company" but the tests he orders appear in my Labcorp (or Quest) patient portal. I thought Walk-In Lab uses a physician's order (in my recent case Physician J FRANGOS Walk-In Lab, LLC 1645 Tiffany Lane, Mandeville, LA, 70448) to obtain my test and results. Why does Labcorp treat physician J FRANGOS differently than my personal doctors? I would really like to have all my lab results in one place. This would make your service more valuable to me. Thanks

    HI James, I'm so sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused. We do use provider names for our lab orders however nothing is sent to that physician everything is solely uploaded to the Walk-In Lab website. Our account with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics is not set up for them to upload results to their portals. Results are only uploaded to the Walk-In Lab secure account.     I utilize on line lab ordering several times a year to monitor my D3 levels. Immune function is the best defense against covid IMO and a blood test is the only way to know if you are deficient.     I don't what I would do without your service. I am always caught in the "wait a month to see your Dr. who will charge $220 (I have a high deductible) only to order the very test I could have ordered on my own (ie. CBC, CMP, etc.) It's a wonder why people going through traditional channels have to wait 3-5 years to be diagnosed with an ongoing illness.

    I have used Walk-in Lab for a few years and have had great service every time. I've never had an issue with the lab orders or receiving the results. I also like the fax your order feature since I don't have a printer to print off my order to take to the lab.
