  I felt that customer service did not do the due diligence. They called LabCorp, who said that they didn't receive my sample, so they refunded my money. However, LabCorp DID receive my sample and I had to pay again to receive my results. Because Customer service didn't seem to investigate thoroughly enough with LabCorp (I had to call on my own to double check) I think they should have given me some sort of discounted rate, since it was a ton of work for me to sort it all out.

  Just because all the labs collude on pricing does not make it acceptable. Insurance makes this about 25$. So you and your competitors are crooks. Taking advantage of people wo insurance is not a good look. No comment about your front desk person with an attitude. Thanks.

  I was skeptical that I was able to use this option, but after researching I was so happy that this option was available! The process was very easy, bought my tests, printed the order, then off to the lab! Results were emailed within the timeframe that was expected. Will definitely use again, if necessary.

  Website not clear about locations. They offer 2 companies to test with. You check for a location near you and the list shows both companies. Nowhere does it tell you you can only go to one of the sites and not the other. I went to a Walgreens listed as one of my locations, waited an hour to be called it, to be told I was at the wrong lab. …..Very difficult to get an appointment. Had to wait 2 weeks.

  I do not like that I as the owner of my blood and the person that paid for the orders, that I was told I am not able to have a test ordered by a doctor added; if it was even possible. The representative just cut me off and said that I could add an order and would have to be redrawn. Additionally, she wasn't very pleasant while she was telling me this and I was in a difficult situation where another lab had screwed up and not completed a test. It was a long story that I spoke with multiple people within multiple organizations and your representative was rude and unhelpful. Not sure I will return with the customer service and silly rules.

  I ordered a SIBO breath test and Walk in Lab's website states I will hear back in 1-2 days with shipping information. I ordered this at 8:55AM on a Friday morning and didn't hear back from Walk in Lab until the following Wednesday at 12PM which is essentially three and a half business day later. Then on top of the slow response, the FedEx shipment was delayed an extra day. Anyone that has ever had SIBO knows how miserable that it makes you, so I wanted to start the testing process as soon as possible so I can be treated. My other experiences with Walk in Lab have been great though.

  WOW! I had to take a drug test for my doctor, and they stated that I had to go to a labcorp OR quest facility, so I was googling it, and walk in lab, popped up, and they just so happen to be contracted through Labcorp - So, I called Labcorp to check the price for an 8 panel urine drug screen and they said, $244. Then, I asked the customer service lady with Walkinlab.com, and she said it's $67, to go through them. LIKE WOW!!! The difference in those two numbers is HUGE! I almost couldn't believe it! They saved me ALMOST $200, and the process was JUST as easy, IF NOT EASIER! I was blown away. I will FOREVER use walkinlab.com for my drug screening needs, in the future. The price just can't be beat! Thanks for such an easy and seamless process! I work, what seems like, 2848249082904 hours a wk, and it's HARD to fit this kind of stuff into my schedule, so for you to help save time & money, all at the same time, is just WONDERFUL!   Excellent! Their system is very efficient. I believe this is the wave of the future. You walk in to your doctors with the results. You can have an immediate discussion to address any concerns and allows you to work on the best way to address concerns. I personally like it as I can challenge myself to improve myself based on results. By example, watch my cholesterol. Challenge myself to lower it by exercising more and watching my diet a little better.

  Ordered the test, then I scheduled my appt online with Labcorp. Took a copy of the test to my appt and it was accepted. Two days later my results were available on the Walk-in Labs website.

  It's relatively easy to order tests on Walk-in-Lab's website. Following lab work, the results usually arrive the next day. That's due, in part, to the particular bloodwork test I order. This helps me stay on top of my health issues. I'm grateful for this service.

  Referred to Walk in Lab by the lab I go to. this was a very easy process, they helped me make sure I got the right tests ordered and it came in at 1/3 the cost. Blood drawn and tested at the lab I go to anyway. Results received within 2 days (maybe next day?)
