The order process was quite straightforward. I mistyped my first name, however, and there was no way to change it. I didn't think it would matter, but when I went to Quest Lab they had a hard time finding my order because of the mis-spelled name. I later called the Walk-in Lab customer service center, and the woman who helped me was really nice and changed my name to the correct spelling. I shouldn't have any problems next time I book a blood test through them. And I will.

Super easy and convenient. Wasn't sure how it worked but was worth the try. Buy your labs print your paper (the quest I went to didn't even need it) and than wait your results. I paid for nothing but the blood test. Saved a lot of money !

I have always had good experiences ordering through Walk-In-Lab. Sure, I have to pay for it, but being able to order tests when I want/need them instead of waiting weeks for a doctor appointment and then hoping to convince them to order the tests is worth it. Then I can show up to my doctor appointment with the results and be able to discuss a plan of action instead of waiting more weeks for testing and results and more than likely another doctor appointment. Gives me more control over my health.

I am SO grateful to this company. I use bio-identical hormones. Periodically I need to get blood work to make sure the hormone levels are good. I do not have insurance for this and Quest does not offer a "cash price" and literally wanted over $900. Since I do not have insurance, there was no insurance company to adjust off the ridiculous part of that charge. I bought the exact studies I needed on Walk In Labs, and paid less than $200!!

Thank you for making this service available. I have been experiencing extreme changes in my health with hair loss, continued severity of eye rashes and heart problems. My primary physician has been extremely distant in my care. When I suspected Lupus he ordered an ANA test that was first negative. I knew something was wrong and researched to find out that the test he ordered was not one that would detect it. The one he ordered was not a first line test and did not test via the immunofluorescence technique. From what I understand my type of cells would not have been detected without it. Sadly my physician is still not accepting the validity of the test since I ordered it. I was in the emergency room recently and although I faxed a copy to my doctor he didn’t upload it to the patient portal. I wish there was something more that could make him understand the validity and reality of what I am going through so I can get real help and follow up. I will be looking for another doctor but my symptoms have progressed to affecting my heart so I know I will be in the hospital again soon. Thank you again for making this available. I am my greatest advocate so I will keep pushing forward regardless.

Walk in lab was very easy to use. Add the tests to your cart. Once you finish payment you have the lab order ready in your mail as well as the website. Print it and ready to go. Loved the ease of it. Some of the tests I wanted was not included in the bundle. Bundles looks cheaper than individual ones. One suggestion is to use the search to locate a bundle with all the tests I need would be helpful. I am happy with walk in labs and planning to use in future as well

Convenient way to have tests without binding to insurance policy or be questioned on the necessity of the tests. You can take control of your own health at any time. I think the walk-in-lab should be able to get bigger referral discounts from testing labs and charge less. I would give a 5 if it costs less. In overall, I am happy.

This company caught my eye because of the convenience and how fast they claim the results come back. I created an account and I had my blood work done on 1/22/22. I waited four days later to call and check on my results. The nice lady told me that they should be uploaded the next day. The next day came and still no results. Pretty easy to find the labs I need. Would be cool if all the tests included in a panel were listed on the search page instead of having to open a dozen tabs for all the variants and reading them all over. A panel comparison tool would be ideal. Also, the formatting of lab detail pages are inconsistent, which is a big jarring. Overall, the site design is on par with other self-service lab providers like PrivateMDLabs and LabsMD, though I will say that the account management panel is better than both. My advice would be to compete a bit more on that front with the likes of Life-Extension. I'm giving y'all 5 stars though because your prices are the lowest compared to PML and LM, and I didn't have to wait for manual acceptance of the order from a doctor, unlike with those two providers. I ordered my panel on Sunday, got the order to print in minutes, made my appointment with Quest for the next day, and got it done without issue!

I had previously left a 3 star review because I had canceled 2 appointments and not received refunds for either. I was contacted after I left my review by walk-in lab and they have issued my refunds. My experience when going to the lab has been great and I’m happy to leave a 5 star review.
