Pretty awful experience honestly. To get the results of one $320+ test with a 3-4 day estimated turnaround, it took almost an entire month, two fasted blood draws, 10+ phone calls, and my own initiative and time researching to find and download the MyQuest app and get the results on my own several days before WalkInLabs uploaded them. Will 100% be going somewhere else next time, and I recommend you do the same.

Walk-In Lab provided a simple portal to Quest Diagnostic Lab tests and home test kits. The main limitation is the distance to a Quest Associate to have blood samples taken. Due to the pandemic, there are fewer technicians available that will perform phlebotomy or blood draws.

At first I wasn't sure if these guys were legit, or if there were extra charges.. after doing some research I decided to give them a try.. This was very simple and easy. Lab came back within 48 hours, I walked in to the lab and they already had my order in their system just like a lab order from my GP. Very good price too, no extra charges at the lab.

I had issues getting my Quest Diagnosis appt at the first office location I tried. The online appt confirmation did not go through correctly and I was turned away after showing up and waiting for 20 min. I was told to come in early another day and walk-in's are able to fit in better in the morning. Myself and another walk-in were turned away again by the same staff member whom I felt were abrupt and borderline rude. I went to a different Quest office who was much more helpful/professional and was able to get me in as a walk-in. In the future, I will use the other Quest office location.

I am able to get important labs done and track my health, something I am unable to do with insurance or a regular doctor. This is a wonderful supplement to my healthcare. Thank you for making this service available and easy to use. I only wish this service would be available in smaller towns/cities, I'm guessing because they do not have Labcorp/Quest in the smaller cities, Walk-in-Lab is not able to provide their service.

So far, not good. They have lost my results. And after a month, they wouldn't be relevant anyway. I inquired about the issue, and they won't reply back to me. Also they set you up for automatic monthly billing. Not sure for what as I only ordered the one test. I would NOT RECCOMEND.

The order process and access to life customer service was very good, as well as the speedy delivery of the results. However, in my case I expected a different type of culture that would identify the type of bacteria, not just a generalized result, I feel the "comprehensive" culture I ordered was not so comprehensive. Easy, accurate, and secure. If there's an issue (only once in over a decade, and it was my fault), Customer Service is pleasant and knowledgeable and the problem gets fixed immediately. Note that the LabCorp results form is far easier to read than the one from Quest. This is not a function of Walk-In Lab, it's the servicing laboratories. I can get labs done via Walk-In Lab that are critical to care for a service-connected disability that the VA will not allow my doctors to order. THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE!

I typically have had good experiences with LabCorp but this one was weird. I received an invoice for some lab my spouse's doctor requested. WalkInLab started sending angry mail saying that I am delinquent in paying. But, alas, I have no insurance claim for the invoice. I don't know what went wrong so I paid out of pocket via their web site. The amount was very small but the missing insurance claim is disconcerning.

I have used Walk-In-Lab several different times and each experience has been wonderful from start to finish. Find your test, buy it online, show up at the lab you choose, wait a day or so and you have your results. It is much cheaper for many than paying your insurance copays/deductible. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoy the Walk-In Lab experience and being able to check on individual health markers as I want or need. One of the only changes I’d like to see would be a more elaborate explanation of the different types of testing methods(ex. LC-MS/MS, ECLIA, etc). I like that they frequently have sales on various panels. Overall, I am very pleased and I will continue to do business with them.

They forgot to upload the results of my urine culture. After more than a week I called and left a message and nobody called back. I called customer service and she said she was going to upload the results immediately, what she did.

I love that this service is available because I don’t have health insurance. The appointments run smoothly and the results come quickly. They are easily interpreted and can be used to detect problems early.
