I was impressed at how easy it is to order with walking labs are use them on a couple of occasions and I get my labs immediately with an email telling me that ready I will continue to use walk-in labs they are reliable and very cheap when you don’t have entrance!

While we are an ordering service and contract with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics, we do not test or result specimens. We have inquired with LabCorp on this matter and the information received is that the previous reports are based on the most recent test performed in the past 5 years by LabCorp where there is sufficient patient demographic data to match the result to the patient. Results from certain tests are excluded from the Previous Result display. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I had previously used both LabCorp and Quest for ordering blood work that I wanted to monitor on my own without going to see a physician. When I found Walk-in Lab and noticed the prices were often half of the prices that Quest and LabCorp charged directly to their consumers, I was immediately sold. I have ordered 4 tests so far, and I will certainly keep coming back. I am able to use my regular Quest lab for the draws, and the results show up in my Quest app about a day prior to Walk-in Lab receiving the report. It is truly the best of both worlds-- better prices but still the convenience of using my usual lab.

When my Dr. wouldn't order a test for me, I felt helpless about my own health care. Walk-in-lab ordered the test with no questions asked. I could then use that info to convince my Dr. to do investigating. They were quick too!

Rebekah was great. One of your Lab descriptions didn't tell me I had to wait 2 weeks for the results. Had to take time to call and wait while Genova was contacted. Thing that got me the most was that I just spent almost $1K in labs out of my own pocket and you guys wouldn't even give me a 10% break. Not very happy about that. I can go down to the candy store and buy 4 lollipops and even they will give me the 5th one free!!!!!!!! Very unfair on your part. And then you have the audacity to ask me for a review.

Overall the process is smooth. The site can be tricky to navigate, and I did not understand getting a notice that my results were in while I was unable to load or view them. This could have been a glitch that was rememdied by the next day. I appreciate being able to share the results by fax to the physicians of my choice.

usband and I bought tests from walk-lab and chose lab corp as it it close to our house. We had appointments for 8:30 and 8:45 am. Sheri(Sharareh) was checking us in and the other phlebotomist was drawing the blood. Sheri could not find my husband’s requisition and immediately dismissed the matter by saying we can’t help you. When it was my turn I asked the other phlebotomist if she could see why they can’t find the requisition. I showed her the email and the receipt and payment from walk-in lab. She took the time to help and resolve our issue. Meanwhile Sheri kept interrupting my conversation with the phlebotomist and would say good luck finding it. Sheri is extremely abrasive, angry and rude. Please coach her to treat patients kindly and with respect
