  Website was difficult to deal with. I had to restart several times. Every time I carefully entered my password and the message would come back incorrect password. The reason I’m giving them four stars is because their customer service corrected the problem very quickly and everything went smoothly from there. Got the results back in a very timely manner.

  Hi Melinda, thank you for the reply and you are very welcome. I would add that opening a Walk-In-Lab in Bangor Maine would greatly expand your business. The only three sites are so far south a more northern location would potentially generate additional revenue!! :-)

  There is no waiting-area; a patient has to stand-around outside the office 20-30 minutes prior to being allowed inside. On-line appointments appear to be meaningless.

  Very simple process to order lab testing. The cost of the lab work is what is the most appealing part. In comparison to my cost through health insurance used at Prohealth is several hundred dollars less using Walk-in Labs. The same exact tests cost $28 opposed to $380 at ProHealth. The entire medical and pharmaceutical costs are getting out of hand, when companies like Walk-in-labs and Good-RX make affordable options for patients you soon realize the greed from medical facilities and pharmaceutical negotiated through health insurance companies alike.

  The web site is pretty easy to navigate and I was able to use the compare function to help decide which labs to order... I did end up using a bundle that had more tests than I had been asked to take, but overall it was pretty easy.

  Awesome, affordable, convenient! The tests I ordered today would have cost me $1,000 or more if I had them done at the docto rs' office. I paid $149! Got my results the next day (after going in for the blood draw). I can print my copy and take it with me when I see the doctor, to discuss results and option. Love this service!

  The online process is first rate. There is a disconnect between the available labs and what is presented on the website. The employees at lab had different levels of customer service. The first person was abruptly rude. The phlebotomist that drew blood was very personable. Her professionalism was only superseded by her personality and kindness. It made up for the substandard initial response.

  The two of us each had an appointment. Per instructions, we sat in our car and tried several times to check in. Technology failed us, so we walked inside the bldg to the outer office. The patient line was long--maybe seven or so people, so we could not get to the machine to check in. Some people had appts.; some did not. It was so busy inside the inner office, we really didn't know if we should just wait back or push our way forward. Several w/o appts. got in before us, but it worked out fine. The person who did our blood draw was patient and kind. I think they were just overwhelmed with patients. (Fact: It was lunchtime. No need to make an appt., if technology doesn't work and you still have to wait maybe 35-40 minutes.)

  I have used Walk-In Lab 4 times. Every time, there has been a short wait to get blood drawn, sometimes as little as 1 minute. They are very efficient, and it is a no-hassle experience. The labs have always resulted in less than 24 hours from the time of collection. I highly recommend using Walk-In Lab.

  I went through this process and after 10 days I still haven't received my results. There is not a phone number to call and ask for help. All there is is An online email question site. Which I emailed twice and still dont have my results. I would not reccomend getting labs done this route.
