I use walk-in-lab all the time, they are awesome! Regular blood work takes just a day or two so I can go to my Dr. Appt and get things taken care of much quicker! I used the thyroid panel when my Doctor was trying to get my thyroid levels right. I would show up, armed with my bloodwork, he would adjust my meds and done. No waiting for a second appointment to get test results.

I feel they did not explain the 24-hour lab to me to where I understood it, and made it sound like it wasn't a big deal, just to get my money. I feel they misled me with this purchase, and they have not returned my phone call and addressed my complaint and request of getting my money back, or even wanting to discuss the matter. Very dishonest company. The testing supplies are useless to me, and I'm going to have to eat the 110.00.

I received NO instructions on the PROCESS. I went to 2 different lab sites without the appropriate paperwork (I found out later I was suppose to have downloaded and printed) to be rejected after waiting for hours. I did appreciate the coupon with discount. I resolved this eventually after calling. Took 3 days and 3 different lab visits.

I purchased a test through Walk-In Lab and went to my local LabCorp to take the test. The process was easy and the results provided by LabCorp and Walk-In Lab were very helpful. Please note the turnaround times on whatever test you are purchasing. I was confused and thought my test would take 24-48 hours turnaround time but when I looked back on the test description that I purchased, Walk-In Lab clearly states that it would take 10-15 days to get the results. I got my results in 9 days. Also, it would be nice if Walk-In Lab had a progress timeline or updates on the status of the test for tracking purposes so customers would know that their test is being processed and in progress. They do have a chat feature which was helpful. With that said, I would use the service again and recommend it.

Love the availability to pick out the specific labs I need done, pay for them and receive the order form from walkinlabs and then be able to print them and take them to my local Quest lab center. I also loved that the quest already had them on file from my walkinlabs order which I was unaware of. I love the discounts at checkout. My only issues are with the website layout- more specifically on my ios device. I think that the website overall could be less tedious in layout and organized better. I think it just needs a face lift. Will recommend walkinlabs to friends and family.

Excellent! I had used Sonora Quest before and multiple times I would have to go back to have my blood redrawn. At one point I had to go back 3 x and all times the results would take 5-7 days just to read specimen to old. I then went to LabCorp had my blood drawn in the afternoon and had it back the very next day! I will ONLY go to LabCorp from now on.

It was easy to find the test that I was looking for on the walk-in labs website. I was able to use a discount code, and it was a very affordable process. My test results were positive. I had been complaining to my doctor about a variety of symptoms for a while, but didn't feel like I was being heard. When I sent these results in, my doctor did additional testing and I am now on medication to treat these symptoms. I look forward to using this service again in the future. It empowers patients to have more control over their own healthcare.

I bought an Alcat Food intolerance test a month ago and no one has contacted me to schedule the mobile blood draw. There's not even a number that I can call to schedule it myself. The Temple TX location has a sign up saying they are closed due to power outage. That had been up for days and all the other businesses are open. I even scheduled an appointment for today but the sign still says closed and no-one cancelled it. Same thing happened last week when I tried to walk in. A lady was standing outside saying but I have an appoitment...what a scam.
