  The visit was great. The assistant told me the results would take a couple days. After two weeks the information was still not in my portal, and you can’t talk to a live person!! Horrible customer service!! I wrote many times. Once they said it was in my portal. I told them it was not and never heard back!! I went back to the lab for my results. She called corporate and they said there were two files. The one I registered with when I ordered the test had no results, that’s all I know!!! I do see the results in my portal now. Would love to know what happened!

  It was the easiest process to select and buy the test panel, then to arrive at the lab, be checked in (way too early) by friendly and young and women, blood taken. Two days later came a call pointing out some of tge results I need to be aware of.

  I found the labs I needed easily on this web site. Other sites did not have these specific labs or were hard to find. I ordered and paid. Went to the lab the next morning and I was seen in 2 minutes and the labs were drawn. Great experience.

  Everything went very well. I expected the process to be fought with complexities and delay but no, no problems really. I chose the test I needed, payed a reasonable amount, scheduled my Quest test, got blood drawn at Quest office a 10 min drive away and in a few days the results were easy to find at my account in the Walk-In-Lab . I'll use Walk-In-Lab again.

  Walk-In Labs is a good place to get blood tests that require a doctor's order, and because you get to choose price; sometimes Labcorp is cheaper, sometimes Quest is cheaper.   I'm so happy there is a walk in lab. I don't have to make appointment with my doctor and spend unbelievable amount of money or have to have Medicare and United Healthcare pay the expense.
