  I love it. I have used some times and very good experience always. Easy to buy the testing you need at affordable prices, especially since you skip going to a doctor for a referral. No issues when going to the lab selected (Quest or Labcorp) and fast reception of results on their web. You only pay for what the web says and no surprises. Just take the order they send you when purchasing a test and your ID st the selected lab and done. If you are in s hurry for a specific testing this is your place. I Like and I will continue using it.

  I was a little nervous because the website seems kind of sketchy...but I had a great experience. I got my lab order right away and scheduled my test for the next day. I had no issues at the lab - it was super easy. The test description said results would take 2-4 business days, but I had results online in 24 hours.

  I'm not sure if this is a Walk-In Lab problem or an ALCAT problem, but I was not contacted within 3-5 business days by a mobile phlebotomist as promised at checkout. I reached out to Walk-In Lab customer service, who were wonderful and have informed me that a mobile phlebotomist will be reaching out to me by the end of the week now, but there definitely has been this delay -- I did receive the kit, but I haven't been able to send anything out or continue the process by which I'm hoping to improve my abdominal pain (apparently "idiopathic" in nature, according to my doctors) and general health, and I've been wishing every day that I could get this moving forward.

  I do not have medical insurance so I am a very happy camper purchasing my own blood lab work without seeing a physician. I am borderline pre-diabetic so I get the HbA1c performed every three months. When my HbA1c results move up by 1/10 of a percent I know I need to cut back on the carbs. I am now in control of my pre-diabetes and have not allowed it to escalate and ruin my life. I also get a lipid and PSA panel once a year. Also, medical lab work is eligible for payment on a health savings account. I pay with a VISA from HSA Bank. WIL almost always has a sale with around 15% to 20% of any test. Once you buy a test you have 6 months to visit the medical lab. I do not even bother getting my test results from the WIL website since the results are usually available the next day on the Quest Diagnostics web site.

  I have purchased a test through Walk-in -Lab. When I go to Lab Locator and pick the Quest Lab in Safeway in Gambrills MD it shows many appointment slots available - but after filling on required information I get message "The time you selected is no longer available. Please make changes to your location, date or time" It does not matter which day or time I pick. I have requested other test through walk-in-lab and never had this problem previously. Very frustrating

  I’m so thankful for Walk In Lab! My insurance does not pay for bloodwork and I wasn’t sure how I was going to pay for the needed tests. One of the employees at Quest shared with me about Walk In Lab before she drew blood and asked if I wanted to check it out and save some money. I went outside and looked it up, submitted my request, and saved several hundred dollars. The process was very easy and the results were back the following day. I have used Walk In Lab 3 times now and have been pleased every time.

  My last physical showed my cholesterol was high. Wanted to try some herbal supplements before medications, but didn't want to wait a year for my next physical. After completing some initial research, found I do not have to go thru my doctor for many tests. My test was cheaper and utilizing a local Lab Corp my visit was literally only 10 minutes. Also, had my results back in just over 24 hours. Will definitely be utilizing Walk-In-Lab in the future.
