  It was very easy to order the tests. I got the blood draw at Quest and had results the next day. It's not always the next day, but it was routine and drawn at 7:20 AM.

  I did not know how to obtain my laboratory requests. Everyone told me to contact the ordering physician, but I ordered them myself as a patient. I wasted literally a half an hour on the phone being transferred from one place to another trying to get my results. That is just RIDICULOUS.

  WalkinLab made the process of purchasing the Labs I needed very easy. I have used both Quest and LabCorp and it was an easy process for both. If your veins are hard to find, I would recommend LabCorp.

  I ordered a test, backed out to check prices, and somehow ended up ordering the test twice - but only received one email confirmation. The lady at the lab said I had paid for two - first time I knew. I have no idea how to get my money back on one of the tests. I have been happy with the experience in the past.

  If nothing was done before , nothing will be done now. I guess enough people haven’t complained about the woman. Even though she is still there at least she is just behind the desk, but she really is incompetent. For example, she couldn’t find me in the system, instead of her figuring it out she calls for another tech to help her. I just hope that she doesn’t severely injured someone.

  I was apprehensive because I have very small veins and if the phlebotomist is not skilled, I will end up a human pin cushion. I think his name was Keith - it's been a couple of weeks now.... but he was very skilled and competent. I was very relieved!
