  maybe its walk in labs mistake, but 2 times that I have used your service, are 2 times that Labcorp does not maintain my results. If I can't simply call up my results then maybe I don't need your service, and I will just have to continue to just deal directly with LabCorp

When retrieving results from lab orders purchased through Walk-In Lab, you would need to login to your online secure account through the Walk-In Lab website. Unfortunately, we are an ordering service and while we contract with Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp, we are separate entity and do not have access to patient portals through LabCorp. If you do not want to sign into your account each time to retrieve your results through www.walkinlab.com, we would be happy to email the results to you once you have completed a HIPAA Release Form found in your online account.   Excellent experience overall. Did not have to deal with doctors, wait on results etc. If you can figure out your results, then use his service. I find it completely unnecessary to make an unnecessary appointment with a doc, simply to get these tests written up, and then having to wait for my results as it goes to the doc first. Also, perfect if you do not have insurance. Costs are reasonable.

  The entire process was easy and streamlined. The only thing is...The sheet that's handed to me at the lab should have more tests to select from. The basic tests are listed and clearly visible (CMP-14, electrolytes, CBC, etc.), But the other tests that are available have to be manually looked up and most people are likely unaware that they can order these tests.

  Got an answer from my test instead of waiting another 2 months until I can see a doctor. Because of the result of my self ordered test, my specialist moved my appointment up by 2 months! Who wants a disease to progess two more months when they can order & check themselves much faster?

  Back door locked during business hours. Walked in for cash pay labs as advertised on the web site. Have had many lab draws as a walk in and was always professionally managed by clinician. This last trip was very discouraging. Came in early before work at approx. 0820. No one in the office except one man who didn't have the proper forms for his test. He was being assisted by technician. This man did make several calls to get the form he needed to proceed with his rests. I checked in and was told that without an appt it could possibly be up to a 2 hr wait. Supposedly "technician was booked solid: No one was there in any of the rooms. I thought I could have been handled better. While the man ahead of me was awaiting to get his paper work together- I was ready to go. I was fasting and needed to get to work. I asked where all the other appts were if she was booked- no acceptable response. She didnt seem all that willing to help me out. I ended up being late for work and not feeling well due to my fasting state. I am looking for another lab in my area. I think your web site should be changed to - we are no longer able to process Walk- ins and an appt will be needed for all future draws. One lady did also come in while I was there without an appt and she left immediately. She also made reference to the web site about walk ins. Hope this feed back has been helpful,

  I use Walk in Labs for price and convenience l.t is not hard to choose a wellness package with added specific tests. I rather pay out of pocket than insurance for my bloodwork. I have chronic anxiety and everything that is easier, less social contact, the better I feel.
