    I really appreciate Walk-in-lab's offering tests directly to customers. Although I have health insurance, I have a high deductible plan which I will not likely reach. I researched the prices of the tests that my insurance company would charge me vs. what was available direct and found that I could save money bypassing my insurance company. Same quality tests as they use the same labs.

    It was very easy ordering and when I showed up to the lab my order was in. It takes about 3 hours for the order to be ready but I always tried to place it the day before just to be sure it was ready. I had no issues at all! Very efficient and easy process!

    I’m happy to report that this is a legitimate site. I’ve been having medical problems for months and to be able to order your own tests is a real advantage when you’re hitting a wall with your medical providers. Ordering was easy and I appreciate all of the info on each test. Just be aware that if your order a test that will take 7 days and one that takes 1 or 2 days. You get all the results at the same time, so don’t expect results until all tests are back. If not for that issue, I would give it 5 stars. Otherwise, a great service and the customer service chat was also wonderful!

    Browsing and purchasing my test was pretty easy. The mobile site seems a bit buggy on the latest Android Chrome version, but useable.     This is my third time using Walk-In Lab and won't be my last. The concept is simple. It would be significantly better if my test results also appear on my LabCorp portal. I'm sure Walk-In Lab could arrange for that but apparently they don't want to. Cost? The only other suggestion I have is to redesign the website user interface and greatly simplify it. Much too cluttered and confusing. But, Walk-In Lab is a great service and it works!

    After having my blood taken at a local LabCorp, I was never informed my results would be on Walk in labs website. No one at either company’s website could advise me why my results were not on LabCorp’s website. No communication or training between Walk in Lab and your partners.

    Ordered a test on my phone and a couple of days later went to the lab on my own schedule. In and out. Easy breezy. The test result notification was emailed to me 7 business days later. I'll be using this service again.

    Easy to order online with cash prices known ahead of time. Made an appointment with LabCorp online and was seen exactly at my appointment time. Results posted in a couple day with an email alert. Going to get everything rechecked in another month or two.

    It was advertised to test for penicillin allergies. I received an empty foil packet and it was on the order I had ordered an egg allergy test. "Peter" contacted me when I complained about the test and empty packet.I was informed they did not test for penicillin and had ordered an egg allergy test.. I had not, but even if I had, the foil packet was empty, so testing for an egg allergy would not have been possible. I wrote back, and told him just to forget it. I am not inclined to ever order anything from that lab again and it was a waste of my money.

    I quickly received a PDF of my results. I just wish the results would show up in my pre-existing Labcorp patient account so they'd be easy to compare with past and future results, and so they'd automatically show up in my Apple Health app. Instead I just have a standalone PDF that is difficult to use for comparisons over time.
