    This was probably one of the more unprofessional offices that I have encountered in my 18 years as a healthcare professional. First, they discussed timecards at the front desk. Second, when drawing blood, she broke the seal on the tube PRIOR to inserting it into my skin. Therefore, it didn't draw much blood because it didn't have anymore suction. Third, she had to stab me the again since she didn't get blood and still couldn't find the vein. I have huge veins. Finally, I asked her if I could take the needle from her and I found my own vein while the needle was still in my arm. I drew my own blood sample. Fourth, when I returned for TB reading, the girl was like "hmph, I guess I have to find your chart.." then couldn't find my chart. Then finally, they forgot to have me sign a release form. Then when they sent it to me, they had highlighted all the areas where I was to sign, but when you scan a document in like that a highlighter shows up as a black mark so I can't really sign it on the line. The clinic was just very unprofessional.

    Walk-In Lab's website inexplicably dumped my cart twice during the ordering process, making it difficult to figure out how to get everything I needed. It was also hard to know when my order was ready, which delayed me getting my testing, and they didn't send me directions for whether I needed to fast (like JasonHealth does). That said, the tests were affordable and it was nice to see the price comparison.

    The website did not say that the patient must go the lab to get blood work done. We are a clinic and wanted to send the blood sample but after the payment was done, your operator disclosed that info. At least she refunded immediately. The website must contain that info.

    Walk-In Lab is my go-to for lab work. They are fast and easy and I appreciate the process. Something that I generally recommend for everyone. They tend to have the lowest prices for the same lab work I could order from anywhere else. I have used them several times and have yet to have a poor experience. Their communication is great they really let you know what is going on. They honestly have been better with communication than my actual provider. For that reason when I need a lab, especially on short notice this is the place I go directly to.

    In general Walk in Lab is ok. But a few times the staff sits on report while blaming on Holiday etc. I did the blood test a week ago Friday. Today I still did not have my lab results. When I called the staff blamed on Holiday etc. You missed $98 since I do the test evey Friday, so today I didn't purchase the test.

    Everything that happened was great but one thing was missing. I got my bloodwork done at Quest on the Thursday before the July 4th holiday. Seven days later my account updated and my results popped out. This was the first communication from you since my purchase. In those seven days I wondered many times if all was on track or whether my sample might have gotten lost. A simple status update that the sample was in the system would have taken away my concerns.

    The Walk-in Lab website is very informative and easy to use. They compare the available lab panels in detail and with discount codes, make it very affordable. The doctor reviewed our request & submitted the order within 30 minutes. Walk-in Lab facilities are relatively local and the office hours are accommodating. We have used Walk-in Lab for a few years now. They get the results back quickly & we use them to discuss findings with our primary doctor. I highly recommend Walk-in Labs.

    On a previous review I mistakenly believed that Walk-In-Lab had declined my credit card. That wasn't the case. It was, in fact, my bank which had updated their security and decided that Walk-In-Lab was a questionable site - this in spite of the fact that I had been ordering lab tests from Walk-In-Lab for years! That said, I retract my previous review and apologize for jumping the gun. If your card is ever declined, check with your bank first before blaming anyone else. Since then I have successfully ordered lab tests from Walk-In-Lab and have nothing but kudos for their wonderful service!

    Supposedly the labs are resulted but I have not received the results. Quest will not personally make sure available to the patient until weeks later, to allow for physicians to review results first. I have waited 7 days for the results and still, nothing. The only reason I am giving 3 stars opposed to 2 is because the sole Walk-In-Lab part of my experience past and present has been great. You guys really make this whole process a piece of cake! I love the vast range of tests available and the simplicity of ordering. I just REALLY wish I could finally get my results from Quest. If only rating WIL, I’d give 4 stars.

    I never received email or notification of the results and had to log into the site to get them. Unacceptable. In the past, when I ordered, I received email notification. I checked Spam folder, nothing. Waited days wondering what the results were. Something was broken about the experience. Doubtful I'll use the service again.

    It was so easy to order online and schedule appt in either their lab or Quest. This is great for people who do not have insurance. You do not have to spend the $$$ to see the doctor first and then order labs. Just order as many as you can. Then you can consult a dr afterwards. This does not replace medical advice or self-treatment but gives you a heads-up if anything may be amiss.

    It was easy to request the tests; I would expect that the approval comes immediately after payments - but it took several hours to get the lab order. I am wondering what should be the case when the order is paid for, but not approved?
