  3rd year in a row that I've used Walk-In Lab. My insurance only covers a couple of tests so this saves me a ton of money versus my doctor's office where I end up paying full retail for the tests my insurance won't cover. It's cheaper for me to buy the lab tests here at a discounted rate and then pay with my FSA account. The process is fast and convenient too.

  Been using walk-in-lab for 4 years! All my labs are listed in my account for years and easier to get than calling a doctor's office and asking for records. I get the results first and fax them over to my doctor from my walk-in-lab account online. I know my results before my doctor does and if I decide I don't want him to see them, I don't have to send them to him. I order whatever labs I want anytime. I get my blood drawn from the same quest lab (or labcorp) that my doctor would send me to but I pay less and have always been able to use a discount code.

  Walkinlab gives us two choices for lab work. LabCorp and Quest.I use LabCorp. Although My last expect wit LabCorp was good, they need improvement in their processing. They have one person who does both admin work and blood draw. That does not sit well with customers. Additionally LabCorp has closed it's office in Palo Alto, and has made it very inconvenient for local people who now have to travel to another town.

  Ordering the labs was tedious and annoying. I couldn't do it on my phone so I had to go to a lap top. It keep starting over each time I added a new test. After I finished and it was confusing and frustrating to make an appointment at a location. Finally after a few tries I had the tests and an appointment.

  The 1st time I got an email alert that order was ready but this time I did not notice one come. The blood culture I ordered has certain hints that I wish I had been alerted to by WalkIn script writer, like sometimes the test to be accurate needs to be done twice with certain timing. The Labcorp did not take blood from each arm as I read was protocol but thats a Labcorp issue, I guess.

  I order my tests and take advantage of sales. I set an appointment for the time the blood will be drawn (and I select the location of the lab). I go to the location in time for my appointment. A phlebotomist draws the blood. Most of the phlebotomists are good.'

  So thankful for Walk in Lab! My insurance does not cover lab work. Needed quite a bit done for a diagnosis. Walk in Lab made it very affordable and the testing results showed exactly what I needed.

  My doctor would have ordered this test but medical care is getting worse and worse in South Florida. I did not want to wait until I saw him and then him say lets see what the results are. Well, then another month before I get drugs or different diagnosis. So spending 50 dollars for this test to speed up me getting RELIEF from disease or potential other diagnosis as I wait and wait and wait for more testing WAS WELL WORTH IT. The 4 starts instead of 5 stars is that neither this website OR lapcorp will tell you that LAPCORP will NOT display online ordered labs. However, as soon as these results were in I was immediately emailed results. Guess what? I would have waited a week or more if it was doctor ordered lab. So 50 dollars for peace of mind and immediate email results are totally worth it. So much anxiety relief from one simple lab.

  The previous multiple 'blood draws' have been 5 star. My review was because it had not been my experience, thus far. I hoped it wasn't to be like that in the future. Yes, you simply refunded the money and cancelled the order with almost no difficulty. Also, the drawing site gave me a sheet with LabCorp numbers that she said I might be able to get the kit from them. Unfortunately the sheet was 4 years old and I'm calling places and they don't return my calls. Don't know if I got any actual lab, except for one. Thank you for acknowledging my review. I will use you again.

  It was very difficult getting my results. My bio info, specifically my age, was inputted incorrectly, thus I had to call more than once to get my results. Getting the results was delayed by 2 weeks due to the data error. That prevented me from getting my diagnosis in a fast and efficient manner.
