  I have used Walk-in-Lab several times. It is an effortless experience. Order your tests on their website and show up at the lab and have your blood drawn. Depending on your insurance, it may be cheaper than paying your insurance copays. I highly recommend.

  Efficient way of doing things. Although for me it can be complicated when doing lab order necause i take many meds because of being post transplant number of years. This makes doing lab orders lengthy. Then making appt then finding a location , then printing off appt confirmation. Then go to appt. Then getting results. Tech isnt my thing. Im old school , i just like calling the lab making appt, showing up with Dr's lab order, give it to them. They draw blood i go home. I get the results on my portal. I appreciate the effort put into how they try to makes things better for patients though. Hats off to all the ppl involved in refining th process. I truly appreciate you all.

  Walk in labs SAVES so much money over having to see a doctor first. I am a nurse so I have a little more medical experience than most. So, I would strongly suggest that if you get any lab reading that is out of the normal limits THAT is the time to see your doctor. That he/she might explain that result and offer a treatment option if needed. Good luck

  Dear Melinda, I'm not planning to file a complaint. I just want to let Walk-In-Lab know that my experience at Quest Patient Service Center was not quite satisfactory. It was not really a walk-in. When I arrived, I had to login to receive service. The system offered me the only option to schedule the appointment in 1 hour 30 minutes the earliest, no walk ins was offered. I had to wait all this time in my car since I needed to do this test ASAP. Sincerely, Maia Ermakova

  They were the best at refunding my money. The test was scheduled with Quest and I could not make an appointment with any of the quest labs in my area. They nicely refunded my fee. If you’re looking for a test, keep looking if you’re looking for good customer service that provides refunds without a hassle this is the place.

  Processing is quick and accurate. I feel as though I can trust my results to give my physicians an idea of how I’m progressing and where I can improve my treatment plan. I use WalkinClinic to get data before my doctor’s visits so that we have a roadmap for the conversation. I feel as though I get more from my visit that way.

  Lab itself continues to be my source of self ordered labs, I am a retired RN and don't mind paying out of pocket because the tests are reasonably priced. The tech at the lab center within a Walgreens was very skilled and courteous.

I took a test to check my overall health and did not want the doctor appointment, hospital appointment, and billing surprises.   They did do the samples but it took longer then usual to get blood work at the location. They did send an email right away so that was nice. The check in process did work but there was only one employee. Working there and the place was overly booked so the one person working there couldn't keep up with the secudual apotiments.

  I needed to have some bloodwork done at my doctor's request. It was going to be very expensive at his office. My husband found Walk-In-Lab via Instagram & contacted them. They were very responsive & when I submitted the labs I needed to have done, they checked both LabCorp & Quest to see who offered the better rate. I didn't even know something like Walk-In-Lab even existed, but I'm glad I do now. I will definitely use them in the future, because mine & my husband's insurance isn't that great, so we have to pay out of pocket for many things. I also spoke to someone at the company & the representative was super nice & very helpful. And..... I can even fax or email my results to my doctors, so very convenient. :) My overall experience was FANTASTIC!!!! Highly recommend!

  I received my order quickly & that’s where the communication stopped. I have no idea if they received it back via FedEx, I’ve emailed a couple of times. Still no results or commit after 3 weeks & the test was not cheap. Email, text, chat, mail-I can think of other ways to contact me but not sure it would do any good.

  Make your appointment. You are in and out pretty quick. You're results are online within a few days. I like that when I do this, my results are there for just me unless I decide to share them. It lets me monitor what's going on in my body for a reasonable price.

  Online lab orders were easy. Appointment time was exactly what I wanted. I arrived 5 minutes before the time and check in took less than a minute. 5 minutes later I was already driving down the road. The nurse (phlebotomist) was so efficient that I felt absolutely nothing. A first in the 70 years I have been treated by any medical staff. And my results came by email the very next day. And to put the icing on the cake, the test was so affordable that I didn't even use any insurance. When I reported the test results to my doctor even he was surprised. I have used this testing service before and will always use this if I need tests again. In this day and age where everything is getting worse it was so refreshing that the technology and human component of this lab system was absolutely perfect. Thank you.
