  Worst experience ever. Never even got the results after paying $130 for a test. There isn’t even a receptionist at Quest labs… and nobody seems to care at all about you there. Done forever with this system.

  Easy process. My dr ordered tests that were diagnostic and Quest did not offer an insurance discount for the cost. Because they were diagnostic, my insurance did not pay much towards them. It was going to cost over $900 for the tests - I was able to get them for $450 through Walk-In Lab. The only downsides were that it still cost $450 and that it took a full week to get the results rather than a couple of days.

  I love Walk-In Lab! I can monitor my health, without the hassle and expense of going to the doctor. It’s easy to use, very easy to understand the different labs as they are perfectly detailed, and I find it very cost effective, especially when I have a coupon code! Plus, You have access to all prior lab results when you sign in, so you can compare them.

  Excellent service and at same Quest lab as usually used. Ideas... 1) add the ability to search labs by code to make it easy to find labs doctors order that we choose to private pay through walkinlab. 2) provide option to have Quest lab results roll into patient Quest portal so historical results an be seen and trended on repeated labs.
