  I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt service and complete explanation of the process. I had no idea such a complete service existed. And the tests were performed by a well known reputable organization used by my own physicians. I ordered two different tests. Going forward I will look to Walk-in-Lab first since it was the most convenient.

  Simple process to get blood work, and for someone that has high deducible that will not cover the test the cash price is better then paying what it would cost if you went to the doctor and was sent for the test. I send my lad test to my doctor so they have it when I show up for my appointment. Possible save another trip to the doctor for review the blood test results as we are able to discuss them at my appointment because I already have them.

  The lady was very helpful and kind. The man working that day was rude and wanted to go on break. We needed to sign in and he pushed us off on the schedule for 4 hours. We were very happy with the prompt email with results.

  I highly recommend walk-in labs for placing your own lab test… I had placed 2 test the lab ran one and misplaced the other one and Walk-in labs customer service and lab results issues department (Christine) was excellent in fixing my problem and getting my results for my 2nd lab.

  I’ve boughten many test over the last year. I was very disappointed with getting my results the last two times. I’ve had to call looking for them both times. After more than a week. The last test results were very concerning, on two expensive tests, so I repeated them 2 weeks later, and the results were completely different. From high levels to now low. I fasted in both and had blood drawn at the same time of day. I called to discuss this with the lab, I got a ridiculous answer that made no sense. I was finally told they would confirm my test results with the lab and call me back, if not that day then definitely the next day. No call. I’m so disappointed in how this was handled and I have absolutely zero faith in the testing center after this. No accountability and I was completely blown off. I feel like there was an error made either at the testing center or at the lab, whether it was clerical or improper handling of the blood. Something was done wrong. I would have saved myself a lot of stress and worry had I thrown 300.00 right out the window. I won’t use them again.

  I am very happy with the experience overall. It was easy to establish an account and place an order for lab tests, and the test prices were competitive. The blood draw process at the lab went smoothly, and the results were available on the Walk-In Lab website for download a couple of days later.   They were obviously training a new phlebotomist, who did a painless job of drawing my blood. But. Neither acknowledged me when I tried to make small talk (as some nervous people do). I was barely spoken to at all.

  Extremely difficult to open my lab report. I set my password according to their directions and it was accepted. But when I tried to sign in, it would not accept my password. Tried for two days and had to get a high tech person to reset password. Also, had to have my health practitioner explain the report to me. I am afraid to go through this again in three months.

  I've been sick for years--and just progressively got sicker. I kept going to the doctors, who would only run the very basic of tests and tell me to change my diet. I'd tried for years to get the doctors to order different tests and they would just say that my insurance company wouldn't let them and they didn't know what was gong on. With Quest with their limited personal testing followed by Walk-in Labs, I was able to order the tests that I needed to rule in and rule out what was going on. I have an autoimmune disease that is wiping out my blood cells and causing infections. Thank you Walk-In labs----So much easier to get the doctors to listen when you walk in with the tests already done.

  What an amazing service that helps put health in the hands of the consumer. I needed to get blood work done next day on a Sunday and was able to purchase the test and find a location that could take me without an appointment. I was in and out of the test in 10 minutes and got my results the next day. Have already recommended it to friends.
