Website is somewhat out of date I would say but love that there’s a price comparison so you can shop the best price option for you and labs that you want without having to involve doc visits. I ordered my lab, had the order ready the same day, made an appt with the lab, had the labs done, had the results the next day.

What a wonderful service. I want some necessary testing completed more often than my doctor or insurance will order.For me having insurance pay is often not the most important thing to me. I go to Walk-in and get tests completed anytime I choose. I also like to monitor my progress with things like cholesterol. Can check it anytime I choose with Walk-in Labs. Surprising how low the cost. Very fair.

My doctor refused to write any blood tests related to insulin resistance or LDL particles. He doesn't do anything other than standard routines. After that I realized that how little they care about our health. On the other hand, unfortunately in the US (unlike many other countries) the labs require you to have a referral to run any tests. This is ridiculous. But fortunately Walk-in-Lab allows you to order whatever tests that you need to run. The total price will be still much less than paying a visit to a doctor for no reason other than trying to know your lab results. It took only a few hours for them to send me the lad order and I had the results the next day after visiting a LabCorp near us. I am so glad that I did this. Now I have proof that whatever my doctor had told me based on his basic lab tests were all wrong.

If you don't have insurance, then the labs can just charge you whatever they want and there is no insurance company to point out that the charge is RIDICULOUS, so you have to pay it. Walk-In-Labs has your back. Reasonable prices for the lab work you need. They also offer specials and you accumulate points you can use toward future bills! LOVE this company.

I went to 3 different Quests and could not get in. They either do not speak to you or they have a screen up to make sure they don't interact. I made an appt at a Quest Walkin lab and after driving an hour I went in. I waited 10 mins only to be told that I was at the wrong lab, both have same Suite #'s. I was told to go across the parking lot to the right one. Again, I waited for someone to acknowledge me after checking in and being told I did not have an appt. Someone finally came out and told me bc I was late over 10 mins that I no longer had an appt. I waited for about 30 minutes and they finally called my name. I told the tech that I have small veins and need a butterfly needle. After looking at my veins, she finally put the needle in and moved it around quite a bit and there was only a small flush but no blood flow. She went to find someone to help and came back and said everyone was busy. She went again and came back with someone who stuck me in the side of my wrist. I now have one huge bruise and one small bruise. I had went to Labcorp the week before and saw Lana - she was amazing and confident and only one quick stick and I was done. As I was waiting several people came in stating that they also went to the wrong Quest - why don't they put up a sign that directs the "Walki-n Lab" patients to go across the parking lot. This would save a lot of time for the staff as well as the patients. Even as I was leaving there was a lady asking me for directions... they need some signs.

We are contracted with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for our blood draws however we are a separate entity. I have filed the complaint with Quest per your request last week.
