  The entire process was seamless with excellent communication. I placed my order on a Saturday afternoon and had the script within an hour. I used the Walk-In-Lab website to locate a LabCorp near me and scheduled an appointment online. My blood work was on Monday morning and I had the results the following afternoon.

  I took 3 different tests. Partial results were available for 2 tests and not uploaded for me to view. I had to wait a very long time for the results because one of the three tests took 10 days. I feel the 2 Partial test results should have been provided when they were available.

  So I ordered test #1 by phone. I was told to arrive on Wednesday at 10:00 am. I then ordered test #2 online. In my online instructions I advised wanted to take test #2 at the same time as test #1. I arrived on the scheduled date and time. Staff drew blood & took urine. It all seemed logical for the 2 tests I had paid for. Several days later I received the results for #2. I waited patiently for results for test #1 - the originally ordered test. They never arrived. When I called the lab, they explained that test #1 was never performed, and that I would have to reschedule for more blood. No real harm, but if this is how they execute the test orders how can anyone have confidence in the accuracy of the tests results. Everyone was very nice, but clearly folks were not paying attention. That kinda important - unless your an NYU grad.
