Excellent resource to select blood tests without physician interaction. Very fast turnaround time from Quest. I finally anwered the question: what is my blood type? Lab results are stored by the Walk-In Lab and Quest sites for reference and communication with health providers.

The website is horrible in mobile site. Order never arrived because they could not put anything on the package but the city. Was told they would overnight a test kit and never received. Not pleased with the process

Answer by A AFlagThat is not the truth. I spoke to the post lady and she stated she had a my package the day before but had a lot number of 65 not 56. We are in a rv park and the post office does not know names only lots. When I called in your representative stated the lot was marked as 56 and would overnite another test kit. It never showed up nor did I get a tracking number so please make sure you are accurate when discussing with a potential paying customer in the future. Good way to have an even worse review.

I did not know that a proof of purchase of the examination had to be presented on arrival. I did not know that you could not be identified without you social security number. Because I was mistaken for someone else : same name and birthdate. The problem delayed me for about a week After that was cleared up everything was a breeze.

I think that one of the main reasons why one would choose to use a third party service such as Walk-In Lab as opposed to ordering the tests directly from LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics is the lower price. And WalkIn Lab offers exactly that. Lower price and very fast service. I ordered some LabCorp antibody tests via Walking Lab for $110 for something that LabCorp website would normally charge around $160. Then, the doctor's order became available in the Walkin Lab website within one hour of making the payment. The next morning, I went to LabCorp, gave them the printed doctor's order, they drew my blood, and one day later, I got my results online in the Walk-In Lab website. I did not have any issues at all theought the entire time, from purchasing the tests to receiving my results. Great service.

Walk-In-Lab is a life saver. Those of us who are on Medicare know that thyroid patients like me are only able to get tested for our TSH twice a year. If you're dealing with a thyroid gland that's erratic it's imperative to get tested multiple times throughout the year. If not, the medication for this condition can cause a thyroid patient to have too much or too little hormone replacement. This can result in serious repercussions. Because of Walk-In-Lab I'm able to keep tabs on my TSH and can immediately correct the dose of my medicine in either direction. I am thankful for Walk-In-Lab and I will continue to sing their praises!

Ordering was easy, I only wish I got my results as they were ready instead of waiting for the slowest test before getting them all at once. 9 days and no results yet but I know one of them is supposed to take 9-11 days. IT was really easy and fast to walk in to teh Quest Lab in Santa Fe, NM. But they sad I'd have the results in 2-3 days. It took nearly two weeks. IT turns out one of the labs had to be sent to Calif. The Quest lab in Santa Fe seemed to not know this. And it was very hard to communicate with Walking or quest labs about why I did not have the results. Other than that is was really good. Just need better and more customer service. But I know that is difficult to find these days.

I thought it was a scam and was skeptical, but I ordered my labs I wanted done, went into a walk in lab that is compatible with the orders. There are 2 different labs I believe that take these orders. I got my labs fast and there were no issues. Very easy! I plan to order more labs in the future!

Very easy to select tests, order, print the order, select the center that's most convenient locally. Walk-in Lab has such a wide range of options, providing detail, usually sample reports to view while deciding among options. The check-out process is excellent. My results take a few days, and my experience of that part of the process - has been flawless work from Walk-In Lab.

I like that they offer a large selection of tests. The selection and ordering process is made easy. Each test offered has a lot of information to help you understand if it's the right one for you. It lets you know what you should do before taking a test.
