Walk In Lab was incredibly affordable and easy to order from. I would say it was too easy! I was really skeptical of how legit Walk In Lab was, but I decided to try it out. I'm glad I did. I had all of my results within 48 hours of testing. Now I don't need to go to the doctor just to have basic bloodwork done!

I originally ordered an immunity panel that included titer levels for the Varicella, MMR, and Hep B vaccines. This panel, without me realizing it, also included a total Hep A antibody test. I got a call from someone who told me "your Hepatitis A came back abnormal positive". To someone NOT in the medical field, they would automatically assume that means they have HepA. This test should be removed from an IMMUNITY panel. BC I was doing the titer levels for a new job, I now had to prove I didn't actually have Hepatitis A. So I did the IgM Hep A test which looks for an acute illness with Hep A, and of course, it came back negative. You should not have a total Hep A test. Especially on an immunity panel that has other tests with actual immunity levels. A waste of my money.

Answer by A AFlagDoesn't matter what I was looking for... it matters that one test has results that look different than the others and it is not explicit on what a "positive" means. Someone without medical knowledge would take that as having an infectious disease... I stand by my review.

Easy, fast- was able to choose my preferred lab and plent of locations to choose from. Processing was faster than going to the doctors- I’d have to wait two weeks to get my results. If you are following something closely and know how to read your results- I highly recommend doing this instead of painfully waiting for a doctor and their staff to take their sweet time. (Anyone that has an ongoing issue knows how this goes). Not to mention I saved myself 200$ even with health insurance to feed my doctors ego.

Excellent service! This means a lot for a person like me that tends to faint and has a phobia of needles. They let me lay down and elevated my feet which prevented the fainting. The lab specialist was the nicest I had ever experienced. The complete opposite was my experience in quest Diagnostics. They had a ingorant technitian letting me go unconscious in a chair for a few minutes until I asked to lay down on the floor to get blood in my head in order to go back to a fully conscious state. 10 stars for Walk in lab in Naperville. 0 stars for quest.

Price was fine and it was easy to do, my only complaint is it took 8 days to get all my results. 1/2 the results came after 3 days and then I wait until after my Dr visit to get the rest. I suspect Walk In labs was at bottom of the Quest Lab list as it has never taken more than 4 days to get all my results. . . .usually 2 or 3 days. I will plan accordingly next time and do results several weeks before I need them.

Placing my order for the test was easy. I received the order immediately to print out and take to the lab. I did receive some of my results within 24 hours of having blood drawn at the patient service center. The other tests take a few days for the lab to process and release the results.

Ordering is quick. Easy to understand process. This time, I did call to verify the change of requisition format. I would say the look of the new format as well as the result, isn't as up to date in appearance. There also is not a scan/barcode for the labcorp tech to scan as previous requisitions. The number still can be inputted. I will continue to use Walk In Lab.

Answer by A AFlagMy only suggestion is you improve your website to make it clear how to order a test. It took me two tries to finally order my test. Have someone totally unfamiliar with your site try to order a test and you will see why it needs improving.

Always use walkinlab for my blood draw needs. Just had my physical and my doc was amazed at the ability for me to order any test I want under the sun. Saves big money for us out of pocket payers.
