  I love walk-in lab and I'm lucky to live in a state where patients have the freedom to run their own labs. I was able to find my hashimotos hypothyroidism prior to pcp or endocrinologist finding it. It's often more frugal to pay for your own labs than to let insurance do so depending on the service. I really miss the LabCorp location off Canfield avenue but the one downtown is also very good. Staff always kind and professional. Gentle. Knowledgeable. Results usually fast COVID has made that a little slower but I do feel LabCorp has more accurate testing results. I solely rely on them for all my testing for the last 5 years.

  The website is easy to use and the process for completing your lab order is seamless. I ordered online and showed up at Quest, they had my order and nothing else was required, no print outs, etc. The order was transmitted from Walk in Labs website straight to Quests system. Easy process.

  The tests were easy to select and order. The descriptions for each test were helpful and the tests offered were much more thorough in scope than anything my cardiologist has sent me for previously. The results were sent to me via email the very next day after my blood was drawn at LabCorp. I was very happy with my first experience using Walk-In-Lab and will be doing so again in the future.

  I had been your subscriber for long. Disappointed this time: Reasons: 1. You did not send the order automatically to the lab after I purchases those with you. I had to get rejected in the lab and then call you for the same.y 2, you don’t allow to make orders for minors. Big setback!

  Hi Ruma, We appreciate all customer feedback. You should have received instructions on how to print out your lab order to take into the lab after you purchased. We don't fax lab orders to the lab automatically, however if you are unable to print your order you can also use our fax option to make sure the paperwork is faxed to the lab. You can also reach out to us at 1-800-539-6119 and we can fax it for you.   I love using WalkInLab... Their site is well-organized, and their prices are very competitive. In fact, I have insurance, but I prefer to pay out of pocket and get the tests I want, without Wondering what a test will cost. We got hit by a $1,000 blood test for our daughter once... You learn quickly. And that was what WE paid. Here, I know the price. I price shopped the labs I just got for $289 and the competitor wanted $489... So I feel good about that. Personally, I am a geek with a crazy inflammation problem. And I've had to run numerous tests trying to find the root cause of the inflammation. I am otherwise healthy. I just don't think I have to be on a Rx for the rest of my life. I also love that they email me my PDF file with jmy results. No scanning. No Crooked pages. I forward these on to my doctor...

  Good website, great price, and Quest had the order. So thats all good. But it was awkward because they do not mail the lab order. The other sites I have used, all email the lab order. So on the day of the test, I panicked and barely had time to login and print it. They should fix that, make the whole process more seamless!

  I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I've used Walk-In-Labs many times. I'm trying to track down answers to my medical issues on my own & I've been able to eliminate several potential diagnoses. This allows me to focus at doctor's appts. on the things I can't do for myself.
