  Great experience! Signing up for an account was free and easy, and navigating the website was easier than some of the other online groups I checked out at the same time. The lab test are well organized and Walk-In Labs does a great job of detailing out what will be needed before the test (i.e. - fasting) as well as what results will be given for the type of testing being done. Walk-In Labs also takes the time to differentiate whether or not a test can be performed at Lab Corp or Quest so there isn't any confusion on where to go. Payment options are convenient. My results were also back within 1-2 days, so great turn around, and the report was easy to access on the website to print for my own records. My only critique is the need to contact customer service via email to have an sales/insurance receipt sent, to file with insurance, can take a few days. It isn't difficult and the representatives respond quickly and pleasantly, but it's just an added step with some minor delays that could be better streamlined. Overall though a fantastic experience and I will be using the service again.

  I am impressed and I am fussy, difficult to impress. I was able to duplicate through an easy search with well defined blood work on the Walkin lab website. Blood work ordered from my long time Internal Physician mathced and cordinated with blood work I needed. The instructions for preparation prior to testing detailed, easy to understand and well composed. My blood was drawn from the same lab that I have always used and trusted in the past for a fraction of the cost. Results are timely and easy to print or fax to physician. The customer service I recieved was beyond five star. I ordered a duplicate test in error and was offered a refund right away. I requested to keep the order for a later date as I would need the same test in the near furture my request granted without a hassle.

  Thank you for your response. I would have given 5 except the young lady working that day wasn't very receptive or engaging. Seemed like a sweet young lady but had difficulty getting her to even talk. I think she needs to continue her job but maybe just praised and encouraged when she does engage.   Instead of waiting for a doctor's appointment and requesting labs I can just go on my own. It's makes it WAY easier to just check and see if things are normal.   I have ordered this. I won't use it yet for about three months. I like to order ahead as I routinely have labs drawn every six months. When I do it like this, I can spread out the cost, and usually grab a discount when I order. I have been handling my labs like this for several years and I love the freedom I get doing it this way! Thankfully, I also love the lab that I get to use in conjunction with my purchase. I had never used Quest until I started getting my labs thru Walk In Lab...great place!

  4 years ago, after getting a bill for nearly $400 from my new doctor for a basic wellness blood draw, I began researching other alternatives; I found Walk-In-Lab and now I have control of what blood work I need at a reasonable cost. At my next annual check up, a year later, I came with my blood results in-hand and explained to him why I would now be going through Walk-In-Lab and LabCorp instead of using his lab. He indicated that he understood and was happy with the detailed information on the final report.
