  Prompt delivery. Very nice & thorough in answering all of my questions. My & my son’s order shipped with my daughters. The outside company that shipped didn’t show record they shipped together. Walk-in-lab checked with me personally to make sure we had received all 3 orders because they never saw tracking for my or my sons order. I was impressed that they kept track of all of this.   I was impressed with how easy it was to place an order for a lab test. The only thing I was unsure of was if there would be an additional charge at the lab for a blood draw in addition to paying for the initial order online. I called customer service but was told I needed to contact the lab itself and after several phone calls I received an answer. Other than that, the overall experience would be 5-star.

  HI Julia, Than you for your feedback. I'm sorry there was some confusion on blood draw fees. We are contracted with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for testing so there is no extra fee for blood draws at the lab. We do also offer some at home test kits located under our home test kit tab on the website. If you are ordering one of these kits then there will be an extra fee for the draw.   Have to love the frequent sales hosted by WIL, especially those site-wide ones! Grabbed a few basic labs that I like to have run a couple of times a year during the recent sale in honor of tax day (a reminder to all of us taxpayers to try and save a little here and there when we can; as I alluded to, these are labs that I'm going to be purchasing at one time or another anyway).   I used walk-in lab because my local Healthcare systems take up to a week to even return a call let alone schedule an in office visit. I found exactly what I needed and was able to search for a lab local to me that was able to draw it. I got my results back for this lab in less than 2 days.

  Couldn't be better! I can find the lab tests I want at a good price, order quickly, and be at a lab site that afternoon to have the tests done. The results are reported quickly through a password protected account. I have used walk in lab several times now and it's given me great peace of mind to be able to get the testing I want done, when I need it, without having to go to a practitioner's office.

  It took 3 days for my lab results to appear in my account, even though the results were ready within 1 day from the Reference lab. Most all online labs I have used have the results in one day for simple basic tests. It is unlikely I will use Walk-in Lab again.

  I was looking into a way to get lab work done without having my stupid doctor involved. Came along walk-in Lab! Super simple to get your lab work done and then it’s up to you what to do with it. I live a healthy way and try to avoid harsh medications as best as possible. So now I can adjust my life style accordingly and that works great. For major issues I would of course consult a doctor. But to lower my cholesterol I use my lab results and adjust my diet and I never needed to be put on statin drugs. Highly recommended.

  I am a cash patient so walk-in-lab is the most economical way for me to get my yearly blood work done. On my last doctor's visit I shared with him where I get my tests done and he immediately looked it up online. He then said he was telling all his patients about it.

  This a great experience, great price, its a easy way to get your blood work done and even with more elements. I have been recommended a lot Walk-In-Lab and still they do not believe. Do not pay more in clinics where the price for 6 elements can go over $200. Choose Walk-In-Lab instead and for 20 elements only pay $95. Easy breasy!!!

  Walk In Lab is a wonderful service. Recent changes however have created delays between when an order is placed in the system and when a lab order is created. My recommendation is to create more transparency to the user/buyer on when the approval will take place.

  Excellent way to do analysis at low cost. Many people doesn’t believe that is so simple you buy it online, apply the current discount or coupon and pay it. Then you go to the lab that you choose and they take care of you!! Save money and time. No complications ! Don’t be afraid!!

  I used walk-in lab for quite a few test. I like the selection that they offer. When the results come through walk-in lab contacts me. They make it very easy. It’s almost impossible to get a doctors appointment these days. Sometimes you want to know immediatel about your health. Even though I have insurance, I paid out-of-pocket myself. At times I want to take control of my own health and not depend on a doctor to write a prescription.
