  No, Just to be clear, the full result posted in 3 days. However I used to have the full results in less than 2 days. Partial results was not what I was referring to in my feedback.

  The timeframe all depends on how quick the lab receives it and is set up for processing, it looks like sometimes there is a 1 day transit time, the time it takes for the lab to receive the sample. Also, please take in consideration when a test is finalized after hours for Walk-In Lab, it will be next day before the report is uploaded. Our team works as fast as possible to have the reports uploaded to the customer portal in a timely manner.   This lab order website is so convenient and amazing!!! Received all my orders and results less than 24 hours after my blood draw. Definitely put my mind at ease regarding how well my pregnancy was progressing. Worth ordering the blood work yourself and paying out of pocket! 10/10 recommended.

  Excellent service, convenient and a whole lot cheaper than when my doctor orders it. I'm still able to go to the Quest Lab inside my doctor's office, same people draw the blood, but I save a lot of money. I have no insurance, so this works well for me!

  Ordered a kit which after purchase found out only place that will perform this kit is over 4 hours from me. What a waist of money. Bought to save money. Should have paid higher price for kit from my dr instead of this. Now will have to pay them higher price to get the test from them after buying this from you.

  Complete wrong test sent. After calling cust service I was assured I would receive the correct test NEXT DAY due to important Dr appointment coming up. I received the wrong test again that included a blood test in which I had to poke my fingers 10 PLUS TIMES for blood samples. I was called after recieving my urine & blood test and was told it would cost me $150 more to process the blood samples. I explained havingto poke my fingers for the test causing much pain and the shipping issue and was basically ignored. Very imcompetent and non caring attitude from the ciustomer service agent that called me. I spent my money with your company and got zero satisfaction and as of today 5/5/23, I am still awaiting my results!!

  I loved the convenience of being able to provide my samples from home. I wasn't due to have my results until 5/10 but ended up getting them 5/4 which is great. The kind of test I had run was the 3 day stool sample and the results were a little complicated to read but there was a web site explanation manual that seemed to help. I think I am going to see if I can speak with the doctor that signed my orders just to make sure I am not missing anything. It did confirm it seems that I have IBS and a yeast overgrowth and provided some ideas on what should be done to help. Of course it suggests that I see my gastroenterologist or doctor to have them review the results too. All in all it was a good experience for me.

  I ordered what I thought was an at home test. It was not at all clear that I had to go to a lab. My order never came and when I contacted customer service they said there was an RX in my account. I asked for a refund and they told me it was past the date and I'd be charged a fee for a late refund. I had to argue to get all my funds back as I did not want to go to a lab.

  Excellent, very much needed service in this high medical cost environment. By using this service we avoided paying a few hundred dollars to a doctor's office.   This was so much easier than trying to convince my doctor to run a blood test she had apparently never heard of. I bought the lab order online, had my blood drawn the next day, and had my results the day after that. So easy and hassle free, and it wasn’t expensive!
