  The ability to schedule an appointment at a Quest service center when I have a LabCorp purchase is something that should be prevented through the scheduling process. I purchased LabCorp service but unbeknownst to me I incorrectly scheduled an appointment at Quest and was turned away. Fortunately I was able to get into a LabCorp service center as a walk-in. Because the service requires me to fast for 13 hours, this had the potential to be very inconvenient.

  This online service works very well. I've used it three times now and each time each step along the way to getting my lab results was simple, efficient, and empowering. I want labs done when I want them done. I don't want to have to make an appointment to se my doc, beg my doc to run specific labs, and then wait for him to get the results and then relay those results to me. That process takes time and is somewhat demeaning. My health is ultimately my concern. My doc can help, but it is I who is charge. From my lab results I've found out things about my health that I didn't know and would not have known otherwise. That information has given me the willpower to make changes in what I eat, when, and how often. Those changes have helped me to control medical situations that might have gotten out of control (principally problems with metabolic syndrome and/or insulin resistance). I've already lowered my uric acid, and my triglycerides are at an all-time low. Since knowing my "numbers," I'm now fasting and eating very low carb, thereby diminishing my gout pain. I'll be testing myself again in a few months so that I can compare my new numbers to my former results. Almost all my numbers are within the normal range, but I'm looking to improve those that aren't. Walk-in Lab has made self-educating myself easy. Using them as been very worthwhile.

I was concerned since I had inadvertently ordered a test wrong on a separate group of tests and needed to get this one individually but all of the blood was taken on the same day.   Great follow-up customer service via phone, and then by email. The Quest tech had input the order wrong at the test center, which caused me to have to contact Walk-In-Lab after a couple of weeks of not receiving my results and have them call Quest to get the results manually. This issue also caused me to be billed again by Quest, in addition to the order I paid for through the Walk-In-Lab web site. I called Walk-In-Lab customer service, and they forwarded me to their results department, who were very eager to help and resolve the issues, getting me my results within a couple of hours of calling and then following-up with me via email that the billing issue was resolved after I forwarded them the Quest bill that I had received. The phone customer service was excellent, especially when put up against the current customer service landscape out in the marketplace. One issue I did have, and which I relayed to the results department to have them inform their IT department, was that the customer service emails weren't getting any responses on the walkinlab.com web site, and the chat button was missing on my Windows 10 PC, but I later discovered it was visible on my Android phone, so I had to contact Walk-In-Lab by phone. The results department confirmed that none of my emails sent through the web form on their web site went through. The results department tried to reproduce the issue, but it wasn't occurring on their system. Aside from that incompatibility issue with the web site and my PC, their phone customer service was excellent.

  Very pleased. Though the signup screen kept failing and it was because I hadn’t met the requirements for the password, but it didn’t tell me that directly. After that it was awesome. Great price. And Quest labs at the Safeway in Menlo Park, CA could not have been faster or easier. It truly was a completely automated check in. I think I was there for 7 minutes. Results came within 24 hours.

  Walk in Lab is such an easy way to get my labs done at a reasonable price. My doctor was amazed when I told her how little I could get my labs done, versus having them done in-office. It is the same Lab service that they would use, just at a better price.
