  It was disappointing that I had to find a place to draw my blood and pay an additional blood draw fee. I assumed it was the same as last year when a phlebotomist came and the blood draw was included because I didn’t see anywhere where it said upfront that the process was changed to find your own phlebotomist and pay extra. I would use Any Lab Test Now for future ALCAT test which has the test $100 cheaper and includes the blood draw.

  I love being in control of my health and Walk In Lab allows me to do that. No need for a doctor visit just to see progress. I also find it cheaper to buy my own labs than constantly going to doctor office for them to order them. Quick, easy and no one denying me my right to better health. We always ask that you use our Lab Locator through our website to find the best location near you to ensure results are processed and received as quick as possible.   The ordering process was good. It gave me options to choose what facility I would like to go through and when I went they almost turned me away because they said they couldn’t work with walk in labs. I am not sure if this was an issue with wall in labs itself or if the company wasn’t aware that they would work with third party sites.

  My Cardiologist was impressed with the scope of the data. Turnaround was rapid and the test descriptions were very informative. I don't mind private paying for labs that Medicare/Insurance won't allow.

  Ordering my lab test online was easy, and I got results the next day. The instructions about what to do with your lab order are very clear. The cost was extremely reasonable. It was the same price as a doctor's visit co-pay, but it saved me a lot of time. The particular lab I chose was also fast; I was out of there in literally 3 minutes.

  I made an app.ointment and was seen in a reasonable amount of time, Prior to this appointment, I had to wait 2 hours before I was .seen. This was definitely an improvement, the staff that waited on me were friendly and took care of me ASAP. I was very impressed.

  On the order form, it asked how I preferred to receive my results. I checked both text and email. I never got either. I finally went to the Walk-In-Lab website to look up my test results. Incidentally, I tried to sign up at night and could not set an appointment. Also, the directions are not clear at all. It was not clear to me that I had to order the test and pay for it before I could set an appointment and that I had to do that on two different websites. So, the signing up and the getting results were a hassle.

The lab should always accept your order from us, however I do see that you originally ordered from LabCorp and not Quest Diagnostics. If you order from Quest you must go into and Quest Diagnostics for testing, the same with LabCorp testing.
