  I use walk in labs frequently. I love that I can order my own labs when I can’t get in to see the doctor and have to wait months. The only thing I have to complain about is I wish the results came back faster! Excellent service and affordable.

  've been using Walk-In Lab for a few years now, and I'm always impressed with their service. They offer a wide variety of lab tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and stool tests. You simply create an account on their website, select the tests you want, and pay for them. You can then choose to have your samples collected at a local lab or have them mailed to you. I've had my samples collected at a local lab several times, and the process has always been quick and easy. The lab technicians are friendly and professional, and they make sure to answer any questions you have. My test results have always been accurate and timely. I usually receive my results within 24-48 hours, and they're always accompanied by a clear and concise explanation of the results. Overall, I've been very happy with Walk-In Lab.   I had other DR orders with this request. It took 30 minutes to enter into your sytems, then they drew blood tubes for each order. 3 were from the same doctor and there wer emany tests in comon with another DR. Horrible system. You may have made it easy for the lab but NOT easy for the office or the patient. Was in your business for 30 years..all was not soin the past!!!!

  Please file complaint with Quest. I was a medical technologist (now called laboratory scientist) for 30 years. I worked in a central lab servicing 7 major hospials in Los Angeles area and numerous small satilite labs. The Quest system of entring all DDr's requests then drawing tubes for each requested when duplicate tests is horrible patient practice and may work for their system but is POOR patient care. I am sorry that your test was mixed with this horrible system. Was just trying to get 'stucK' only once rather than lots of differetn times..my veins are getting old.   Nice people, work fast. One ironic issue: The automated checkin machine baffles everyone, even those who have used it before like me. On this last visit the machine was broken - so things moved along more quickly! Suggestion: Get rid of the machines or replace with machines that are user-friendly.

  The Labcorp office I went to acted like the didn't have a clue as to what walk-in-labs was. They kept saying I should go to Quest which was also printed on the form. They did finally figure it out and I got the test done. Believe, although I cannot prove it, that the phlebotomist reused the needle from the previous patient and gave me COVID. Started feeling like I was getting the flu about 3 hours later. Tested positive a few days later.
