The entire process was super easy. I even got 20 percent off. I had a lot of labs and had to verify with the lab in person that I was selecting the correct labs since the names were slightly different from my doctor. I was sure glad I did and the lab employees were incredibly helpful in Morgantown, West Virginia.

After I placed my order and paid Walk in labs, I was not able to log in to my account without calling the lab for assistance. I had to call to schedule my appointment and to get my results. It’s such a let down especially since I contacted walk-in labs the next day requesting a refund. The amount I spent-$680.00-is a large amount of money for me, especially when I don’t need the gift card now. I imagine there’s always an option to refund the customer.

They forgot to take one of the samples I had paid for. Someone called me a few days later saying they never received one of the samples and when would I like to come back in for a free blood draw? Free? I would have much rather them admitted fault that they forgot to take one of the samples, apologize, and possibly offer me a discount on a future test for the inconvenience of having to take more time to come back in for another blood draw.
