  I have ordered many labs through walk-in lab and it has been a good experience overall. The only thing I wish they would do different is allow LabCorp to put the results in my LabCorp portal. Instead, I have to wait for walk-in lab to add the results to the walk-in lab portal, which is usually several hours after LabCorp releases the results. Some of my results have been very time sensitive so it’s important that I get them as soon as possible.

  Yes I will call you...I rescheduled and my appointment was for this morning at 10:15 AM. I received an email yesterday asking me to confirm my appointment which I did. When I arrived this morning there was a note on the door stating that the site was temporarily closed on December 26th. Well, they are 40 minutes from me, so this is the second time I drove over 100 miles each way to have my blood drawn. I need a refund. Do I do that with you or with them?

  I was hesitant to order first cause I’ve never used online services like this. It was very easy to order and cheaper than going to see a doctor. It was shocking too that Quests diagnostics wanted about $350 for the same lab. I only paid $68 on walk-in-lab site. When I went to Quest diagnostics my order was already in their system which was convenient too.

  This place is the best thing I've ever found. For people trying to take health into their own hands, this is by far the most convenient and CHEAPEST way you can monitor your health. Forget going to your doctor, missing work, paying for their order, waiting for results, etc. Walk in labs has the best prices of all time, and even offers me points for which I can redeem more tests if I earn enough which I wish more companies would do. Their customer support is top notch too. I wish I could give them more stars. Thank you so much to whomever started this fabulous company to give people more control over their own health and for allowing us to be able to actually afford it!

  My experience with Walk-In Lab at Walgreen’s in Sumter was excellent. I had no wait time, and the procedure was efficient and quick, with a very pleasant and professional phlebotomist. I switched from self-pay with Quest, because there are no self-pay labs in Sumter, which previously caused me to drive to Columbia over an hour away. I found the prices for self-pay with Lab Corp to be reasonable and with some tests comparable to Quest.

  Great option for lower cost lab work. This is the 2nd time I've used Walk-In Lab, the last time was about 5 years ago. Both times I've had an easy experience with no issues. This time I was using it for a lot fertility lab work (that my insurance doesn't cover) and saved a ton having it done outside vs directly through my clinic. My doctor also had to change one test and added on a few this time after I had purchased. The Walk-In lab customer service woman I spoke with was really friendly and got everything straightened out quickly. She even repeated all the tests at the end to be sure it was all correct. I will definitely be using them in the future, especially for tests my insurance doesn't cover.

  Did not receive the graph in the result which was originally ordered and paid for. A request through the contact page to resolved the issue met with no response. This has now been well over a month and the results are still incomplete for what was ordered. The remainder of the results appear to be fulfilled as ordered. I paid for the graphing of the markers as ordered (and as was actually fulfilled on an earlier order of the same batch of tests; this was a repeat order of the identical tests yet the results provided are not the same as the graphing that was paid for and expected was not supplied). It is very unfortunate that Walk-In Lab does not respond but simply ignores its customers requests to look into the matter.

  Excellent customer service. Problem free experience both ordering of the test and receiving the results. It would be nice to be notified via email when you receive the sample. I have no idea if you received the mailed in sample. I just have to wait to get an email saying to go to the patient portal to get the test results.

  I have not receObed my results yet. Which is way too long. Also, I’ve been billed by Labcorp and thought I paid cash at Walk-in labs so that my insurance would NOT be billed. Now I hs e to fight the billing and find out how to get my results. This has not been a good experience.

We can also assist you with the LabCorp Invoice you are receiving because you are correct, your insurance should not be filed and you should not receive a bill for prepaid services at Walk-In Lab.
