I used Walk In Labs for the first time 1/3/2024. I created an account and I ordered the labs I wanted. The process was very quick and easy/ I don't have a printer so I called customer service and the representative was happy to fax my order over to the lab where my appointment was. I also wanted to add another lab testand not only did she add the lab she, gave me the 10% discount for ordering another lab. I got emails verifying my order and the fax verifcaton. I got email notifications when the lab results were available. I got email notifications about my rewards. I LOVE WALK IN LABS !!!!!. There are a variety of labs to choose from and they are very economically priced. I will definitely use Walk In Labs in the future.

I have used Walk In Lab for a number of years. Never a bad experience. Quick, kind, professional. Clean facilities. I pay a reasonable price out of pocket. I like checking on what's going on in my body without getting an appointment for a doctor to do the test and then another to get results. A lot cheaper when you look at what they charge(or)try to charge my insuraance.

Delivery was faster than expected, which is very good! The results as well was much faster than expected which I was very happy. However, interpreting the result was/is very difficult for me. Order was correct however, this is only my second time using this service. Although I’d recommend it, some tests take longer. We live in Las Vegas and I have had tests sent as far away as North Carolina.

Expedited service. Easy to shop/pick labs. Taking charge of my health. I monitor my A1C to make sure I am eating right and exercising. Personal health is my responsibility :-)
