    FIrst said they "lost the results" then find out they did half the tests the slip said, many phone calls from rude service people telling me impossible crazy stories, took forever I had to go back for yet another poke, being off meds yet again - this one was painfull.     This was easy to order and easy to complete. The process was smooth. I had a bad iron result. My pcp recommended a retest since my liver levels were good. My iron is fine. Quest claimed 260 mcg (high and out of range). My second test came back at 125 mcg only 7 days later using my pcp’s lab. Walk In Labs couldn’t recount that sample and we have zero resolution. I paid double using this service.

    Love the ability to take my health into my own hands. Doctors’ hands are held by insurance and often can’t order certain tests or you need to wait forever to get into a specialist, if they’re even taking new patients. I ordered a few tests for autoimmune through walk in lab and went to quest to get the blood drawn. Easiest process ever and now I have the results I needed to get an appointment with a rheumatologist that would have otherwise never accepted me. I only wish there were more tests available so I never had to see a doctor and deal with their lack of care.
