  The technicians were nice but the results were quite "different" than the results of similar indices showed up in a test done at another lab. Now, I am not sure which lab to believe in.

  Directions for ordering tests was very explanatory and easy to navigate. Also, directions for preparation for blood tests were explanatory and well appreciated. Scheduling an appointment was also very explanatory and helpful, as I discovered how much better it is to have an appointment than just walk in. My results were posted in less than 24 hours. Results are easy to read and download or fax.

  I was very pleased with the ordering of tests and variety of tests and reasonable pricing . I finally got my results that now has given me a diagnosis that I can work with my Primary Dr to start medication and modify diet. I have waited 7 months for some clarification of my symptoms and I now have that information

  easy to use portal for walk in labs, wish they would get a cheaper apob lab work, I've seen multiple quotes from docs it should cost around $15 bucks, but it is almost $80

  Mostly problems with Labcorp and not walkinlab. I don't think the Urine 24-hours test were worth their prices. Expensive. Labcorp messed up a lot, and walkinlab wasn't able to do much about it.

  So grateful to have access to lab work without having to go through my doctor. I was having issues, know my body very well and knew what I needed to test for, despite my doctor pushing said lab work off. I was right and my levels were VERY seriously high and thus, I was able to contact the doctor with the results and take the necessary action to get well. This is the core of patient empowerment.   I know Medicare often does not pay for the lab my Dr. ordered. She gave me the walk in lab website info and it was easy and efficient. Paying cash did not require any diagnosis or auth. Worth the cash payment. The only thing I couldn't find was a place to enter my primary care MD's name and fax number for results.

  First, I’m very thankful for this type of option when in this generation of doctors, the rarely look in depth to discover root causes. So I was able to narrow it down on my own. The lab I went to was inside of my local hospital and I was charged for the lab draw which was very strange but I blame the lady who prob just wanted to squeeze out what money she could for the hospital. First 2 results took a week and the third test took 2 weeks. It was a little longer than what I anticipated.. customer service was extremely friendly when I contacted them and they also stayed in touch when the results posted. Again, I’m very thankful there’s an option like this available for the ones who are taking control of their health.

  I didn't realize when I ordered the lab that if I chose Quest, I would have to have blood drawn at a specific location... I made an appointment with Labcorp, which is the closest lab and when I arrived they did not have my order. Receptionist was a little cranky at first but knew how to fix the problem. It was confusing to me how it all worked, now that I have gone through it, I understand, but explanation could have been clearer on the website. It is really cool to be able to get my own bloodwork, just was a real process the first time. Now that I know, I feel I could do it again without these problems.

  I've reviewed before and my opinion has not changed. Using Walk -in Lab is convenient and competent and the results are always quick to come. The walk in lab website is easy to use and it keeps your records for future viewing. Its a five star experience as far as I am concerned from beginning to end. Since I am competent enough to read and understand my bloodwork tests, this service offers me the option of not having to wait for doctor's appointments only to find out my bloodwork was normal. This way I can forgo the tedious waiting room wait and only see my doctor when absolutely necessary.

  I made an appointment. As part of that process I was presented with a list of local labs. I chose the LabCorp lab near my home, but it said it was temporarily closed. The rest of the coices for local labs were all Quest. So I chose one close to my home and made an appointment. I went to the Quest lab as scheduled but when I got there I was told that Quest does NOT do lab work for LabCorp and turned me away. WHY do you list Quest labs on the lab locations page? Wasted my time and created a big inconvenience for me and my wife and had to take off work and lost wages. Not a happy camper.

  HI Daniel, We appreciate all customer feedback. We work with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for our blood draws that is why they are both listed on our site when you use the lab locator. However, LabCorp orders must be taken to LabCorp labs and Quest orders must be taken to Quest Labs. This is listed under our FAQ section on the website. I do see that our customer service department was able to take care of the refund on your order. I'm sorry for any incovenience this may have caused.
