    When the lab at the physicians office messed up my blood test because the blood hemolyzed, I live an hour and a half away. I decided just to get my own blood test. The price was reasonable and I could use a lab that was very near my house. My test result was processed in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service I received.

    Phlebotomist was very helpful when the Dr ordered tests for a procedure the next day but we wanted to pay with credit card through WiL because of the better price. He showed me what was ordered. And when results were back, which was about 12 hours later, we received a report and so did the Dr. The procedure proceeded without being delayed.

Some tests that we offer have longer turnaround times. The turnaround times are always available on our website to view before making any purchase.     The process of ordering lab work is very easy. The information given for each individual test is very detailed and you know what you are buying. The site is very easy to navigate and the results come to your inbox in no time at all. I have been using this service to monitor my glucose levels, Vitamin D levels, calcium levels and anything else that may be of concern so I can make adjustments to my diet and fix it. This is a great way to keep track of my overall health. We spend much money in all other kinds of things that are useless and we discard later, why not to keep track of our health? Do it!

    Having control of your health care is paramount in today's world. Ever try to get a doctor appointment lately? And, recently went to the hospital to get blood drawn, and they screwed it all up and the end result was that I never got that test reordered.     I didn't know if this would really work or not. But I chose the women's cancer screening panel because of the extensive history with my family having cancer. And my doctor doesn't always want to order it for me. Came on to this site, ordered and paid for it. Chose Quest as my lab. Got there on that day and they already saw it in the system. So they did all 4 or 5 of the tests in that panel. 1 days later I started seeing results on my Walk-in Labs account. Totally worth the money. Why should we wait for a doctor to ok having our labs done, when we can do it now? Glad I used them. Will do it again!

    Chatting with someone was no help. I still cant believe I am waiting for results from Feb 23rd order. I have another order in and I sure hope I wont be waiting another 9 or 10 days for those results. I will have to go back to Ulta Labs from now on, this is just way to long.

    The website is so user friendly. I look at what my doctor ordered and search for them, added to the cart. There were 2 tests that seemed the same and one was more complex and more costly. I ordered that one by mistake and call customer service and was helped immediately and advised when I would receive my refund. Their customer service is A1.     I have used this service before and was nice and easy. Went to gets labs done and order was there and ready to go. In and out. This time my doctor had ordered a few special labs that I could not find on the app. I called support for help and the lady that helped me was great. She took her time with me, went over everything and even checked if I could save money by bundling tests. Her voice was even nice. She was able to get resolved 1 issue but the last lab I needed was not one I could order thru them. She offered to put in a request for that to be added to their list for future use. I though that was great they can do that. I went to quest and asked about that lab and was told it was available and I need not worry about the # so now I will look and see if I can get thru walk in lab after all it may be there. I will definitely use walk in lab again for my next round of testing I may need.
